"Im sorry I just don't feel like looking at the guy who cheated on me"Y/n spoke still not looking at him. Nathan grabbed her chin and moved it so she looked straight at him. Y/n tried for back away but couldn't move.

"Aww look at that the kitty found her lion voice." He said his face was inches from hers.

"back away from me Nathan" Nathan smirked and moved his face closer. There faces  were inches from each other.

"Or what" Y/n tried turning her face away but he still held her

"You have a girlfriend and I have a boyfriend Nate." Then he backed away. She hasn't called him by his nickname since they were together.

"Whatever, i'm leaving" He  was about to leave when y/n stopped him

"Why'd you do it?" Nathan turned around and  looked at her. Y/n was looking straight back at him "Why'd you do it?"

"I'm not going to explain everything to you"

"You owe me at least that! You humiliated me! You hurt me!" Y/n said. She look away from him.He signed and walked to her

"Y/n everyone loved you. You weren't on the football team, you weren't a cheerleader and yet everyone still loved you. Ava and I were Jealous. No one knew us, no one really talked to us. We wanted to be known in this school. We didn't want to be just faces in a yearbook, we wanted people to look at us and be happy to see us. Not think we were the new kids everyday. Look people say i cheated on you our whole relationship... something we weren't actually together for 3 years but we were actually only together for a year and yeah it's not an excuse to do what i did but i am sorry for messing up our friendship too" (Yes i changed their story and it was not 2 years ago it was only 5 months before she met adam bree and chase.) Nathan finished. He was leaning on the chair while y/n sat on the desk . Nathan wiped a tear from her cheek and she looked up at him. She saw in his eyes he was sorry. She didn't even notice she had tears in her eyes.

"You thought hurting me was the way to go?" Nathan didn't say anything. For once they sat in utter silence.

"Look i never actually wanted to hurt you" Y/n rolled her eyes. 'Here we go'

"Will you just listen"y/n nodded her head " I was so Jealous to the point where I wanted to hurt you. I wanted everything you had. I just wanted to be known and popular. So I thought maybe hurting you will get people to notice me. I'm sorry y/n I really am" Y/n looked at him shocked, he's never apologized. Y/n looked into his eyes and saw he was being sincere.

"Look i'm not going to 100% forgive you. but maybe we can put some of it behind us. " Nathan looked at her and smiled.

"Sure"

"Why did you change who and the way you are?" Y/n a really look "Y/n people loved you the way you were you didn't have to change because of what i did" Y/n shrug her shoulders

"It's easier having people scared of you then letting them in and risking being hurt again." Y/n looked away

"You let Chase in and it seemed like a really good thing. You seem so happy"

"Cause I am" They both looked at each other and smiled.

"He fell in love with who you are now, I'm sure he'll also love the old you."

"I don't know, i'm not even sure I would go back to that"

"Who you were before my be in the past y/n but i know deep down its still in you." Y/n didn't say anything. "Look  I'll tell ava to back off you a bit and maybe we don't have to make our high school experience  such hell." Y/n laughed
