So this is the end (kinda). :'(
This fic was SUCH a joy to write. This started off as just a one-page thing which I quickly played off as a joke to my friends because I was so (unconditionally 🫦 and irrevocably 🫦) in love with Jacob Black... and it eventually spiraled into a 200-page Google doc that I stayed up writing many nights until 2 am. This was my very first fanfic ever and although I am sure I will look back on it and cringe in the future, I still cherish the time I spent writing this and working on it. I am still completely new to the world of fanfiction (what the hell is a lemon? lol jk) and this served as such a sweet introduction to this community.
The support I've gotten on this work, even little comments of encouragement, means the world to me. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for reading my work and seeing it through from the beginning to the end. Feel free to let me know what you guys thought—your favorite parts, your not-so-favorite parts, constructive comments, rude remarks, lemme hear it all!
But it's not all over for Bella and Jacob just yet... I'm planning to go back through all of this and do a huge editing overhaul. Spelling and grammar stuff, of course, but I've already got new content written up. I'm mostly going to be filling in some gaps and making the whole story more cohesive. Especially the parts around the beginning. At that time, on top of not having nearly as much knowledge about Twilight as I do now, I also didn't really have a plan and was just winging it. I'll essentially be going back through everything and tie it all up in a neat little bow. There's gonna be a lot more stuff from Jacob's POV (winkwink... WINK. WINK.) So what I have here now is just the first draft really. As I edit, I'll trim all the extra stuff but I'll also be adding a lot more. So stay tuned, if you want. :P
