The quirk works when Geto eats something with the DNA of the porson to get the person quirk, example stand of hair before eat the person strand of hair he transform this strand of hair in tiny ball like a gum when Geto eats he able to use the person quirk for 10 minutes, the consequense is when the 10 minutes finish he isnt able to take the person quirk for one day, but Geto have some weapons when this happen

Uzumaki:This the most powerful abbility of Geto after he absorb more 10 diferents quirks he will able to fuse all this quirks in one abbility uzumaky Geto creates a black circle and the circle will shoots the target with the 10 abilities from the 10 quirks who Geto absorb here a ilustration and after he doing this he will have weak because he use too mauch energy to make uzumaky make him too weak to fight

And he can fuse two quirks example he absorbs the Todoroki flame quirk and the One For All from Midorya he can fuses this two quirks making a very strong quirk but wont be able to use their quirks Geto absorbs for a whole day
