Dii yelled at me and I came back to the earth from my dream land

" Huh , sorry what were you saying"

I said and she shook her head

Tanishka
" I told you to get ready for the mehendi ceremony"

Lavanya
" Ohh okay "

I said and went to get ready for the function . Coming back to the room I saw maa and tanu dii getting their makeup done

" Lavi , you also get your makeup done , it is going to take so much time if we get ready one by one "

Maa said and I nodded taking a seat beside dii the makeup artist started their work

After 15 minutes every one was finally ready

Maa was done setting her blue colour silk saree, dii was also checking her red colour beautifully embroidered fishtail lehenga and about me
I was just sanding there looking at the two ladies gibinh final touch to themselves. I moved my gaze towards the mirror infront of me , face with light makeup with lips looking shiny because of the lip gloss, orange Sharara type salwar suit and a pair of sandals

" Chale ?"
( Should we go?)

I asked them as few minutes ago they were asking the makeup artist to do their makeup quickly as the is not much time left and right now the situation is totally opposite

" Ok , let's go "

Maa nodded and we all went and saw the the decorations, maa and dii were awestruck because of the beautiful view infront of them

The Ceremony was held at the backside of the penthouse , the place was decided to be not soo much fussy with too much decor items as dii wanted it simple nd others also didn't had any objection

A swing was placed in the middle for the bride and around it a few wooden chairs were kept for the people and for the mehendi artist to sit and over it was a canopy for the bride to be comfortable, away from the sun rays , mirror art work with different flowers were giving a light euphoric feeling , a bonfire was there to make the atmosphere less colder , eating section was the most crowded especially by men as they didn't had anything else to do other than eating and talking

All the way around the garden my eyes were eager to find a pair of brown eyes which gives butterflies in my stomach with just one glance , earlier I wanted to tell at him scream at him , tell him everything but nothing came out because of I would tell him that he would be disgusted of me and I can't afford that

I was so lost in my thoughts that I didn't realise when dii held my hand and made me sit beside her on the swing

(My sister also got mehendi applied sitting with me.)
