I've been hunting with Sam and Dean for about a year now ever since they rescued me from Crowley. He had kidnapped me and tortured me because I'm a prophet.

I knew he was bad so I just didn't translate any of the tablets for him even though he had cut several of my fingers off and carved into me like a pumpkin on Halloween.

Cas healed me of all my wounds after Sam and Dean rescued me, and I've just stayed with those two ever since.

Lately I've been noticing that both of the boys have me staring at me. I catch them glancing at me for a few seconds at least 5 times every day.

They also have been arguing with each other a lot, and have been acting nervous and extra kind to me recently.

It didn't bother me at first, but now I'm just dying of curiosity as of why they're both doing this.

I'm trying to translate the Demon Tablet right now but my vision starts to get blurry and my headache gets increasingly worse.

Sam and Dean are investigating a case a few states over, and we ran out of Tylenol.

I can't just go out into the public where demons could be swarming anywhere and everywhere, so I pray for Cas.

I hear a flutter of wings behind me and I turn around.
" Is everything okay, (y/n)?" He asks me sincerely, his blue eyes piercing into my
(y/e/c) ones.

"Yea I just need to ask you for a quick favor, I'm sorry if I'm bothering you at a busy time, it's just that the boys are out of town and-" Cas interrupts my nervous rambling by placing his glowing palm on my forehead, healing my headache.

" It's okay." His hand still on my forehead while I look up at him, " If you ever need anything again, please pray for me, understand?"

He removes his hand and I nod my head, still keeping eye contact with him.

He sits down in the chair on the other side of my desk in front of me.

I burrow my eyebrows, " Don't you have to be somewhere?"

" It can wait." He smiles innocently, " I just wanna talk to you."

" Okay.." I get a little nervous at his words, whenever someone says that they want to "talk", it's never anything good, " What do you wanna talk about?"

" Well.. I- uh-" he nervously shifts in the chair while adjusting his tie and keeping his eyes down on his lap, " I have a confession to make."

I half- smile and lean forward a bit.

" I won't judge you, Cas. You can tell me anything. I won't tell anyone."

" I- uhm.." he stutters and hesitates for a good few seconds.

" I have feel-" he almost let his confession out, but he jerks his head around to see Sam and Dean swinging the front door open.

He turned his head back to me, " I have to go." He stands up quickly and I grab his arm
" Wait- What were you gonna-" his disappears with a flutter of his wings,

I gently let my hand fall back down to the desk, " Shit." I whisper under my breath.

" Did I just hear Cas?" Dean asked me before plopping a plastic bag of snacks on the table, " Why was he here?"

Seeing as how Cas left when the boys walked in, I decided to avoid Dean's question.

" Why are you guys here?" I cross my arms and my legs after setting them on the desk in front of me, " Solve the case that quickly?" I burrow my brows.
