I rest silently in my hotel lounge, staring down at my crossword puzzle. My focus goes awry as I think of Onika. She was absolutely gorgeous. Those brown eyes stuck out like a sore thumb. Her beauty was unreal. She hadn't aged a bit. She still made direct eye contact with me when we spoke, and that? That right there is head spinning. She had a glare that could cause the words that would exit your mouth to be gibberish. A cat eye so vicious. Damn. Just thinking of her is heating me up.

My head gets thrown back toward the couch as she clouds my mental. "Just lay back." I hear a voice as I rest my body. "I'm laying back, corazon." I whisper to myself as I rub my neck. I take a breath before opening my eyes and looking around the room. Before I could stand, I feel the couch dip next to me before sending a pair of eyes land on me. "Excuse me?" I question, not looking up. "Oh—I'm sorry." A younger voice says as I look at her. "What do you want?" I ask and she frowns. "One second." She says before getting up and walking away. I observe as she laps around the room before walking back over to me and sitting down. "Let's try again." She crosses her legs. I find myself chuckling.

"You're a smart ass." I say and she shrugs. "You don't have to be mean." She huffs whilst grabbing my crossword puzzle book. "Are you lost?" I ask and she shakes her head. "I—needed your help. But I don't remember why anymore." She shrugs as she begins pairing the words on the puzzle. "Aha!" She nods. "From afar—you looked like Blueberry." She says as she observes me. "It's uncanny."

I couldn't help but to laugh. "How old are you?" I ask and she looks me up and down. "Five. I bet I can guess how old you are." She says and I hum. "Forty—six." She says and I gasp before covering my face. "Do I really look forty? I'm in my early thirties, smart ass." I point. "You look older than my grandma." She shakes her head. "Do I need to take off my belt?" I ask.

"Do I need to buy you some skincare?" She replies and I find myself dying with laughter. "Are you an idiot for fun or are you actually a bit behind? For starters—Blue Ivy. Her name isn't Blueberry. How do you even know Blue Ivy? I ask. "Because I do! You know, you don't HAVE to be a bitch." she scolds. "You've got a very potty mouth." I say and she shrugs. "You talk like blueberry. Really funny." She giggles. "You've got a very potty mouth." She mocks me while completing the puzzle. "Well I've always had a funny way of speaking. And a funny way of punishing children who don't listen."
