__________________________________ His AAU team was practicing on the court that your team practices on, so you walked in and asked, "um, am I supposed to be here?" The coach walked over to you and smiled, looking you up and down "...How tall are you...?" "I'm 5,7" he asked as he wrote something down in his notepad "...Have you ever played organized basketball... before...?" "Not really but I like playing" He made another note, then smiled "...Wanna try out?" "Sure" He smiles and beckons you to come closer. "...Let's see how you shoot a basketball." You grabbed the ball, shot and scored. His eyes lit up as he made yet another note."...And you say you don't play basketball?..." you smile, He nods, and takes you aside from the rest of the team. "...How old are you...?" " I'm 19"😜 He laughed and nodded.
"...You're probably the first girl I've seen in awhile that can play some ball..." "Thanks that means a lot" "So I'm considering you for my team... but I've got a few questions that might sound a bit personal, is that okay?" "Mk" He pulls up a chair and sits down, looking at you directly and smiles "What's your name... what's your weight... what's your waist size and what size pants do you wear...? Because you're gonna be traveling with my team... and we need to get you some clothes."
