Shoyo got out of the shower we he noticed a few missed calls from a number he didn't recognise and then he got another one

Shoyo: Hello

She hangs up

Shoyo: Maki is weird but she's pretty cool

Shoyo brushes his hair and gets into fresh clothes

Then shortly after Fushiguro walks up to him

Megum: What are you doing we are supposed to be training

Shoyo: and I was until very recently after I took a shower and now I'm taking a break

Shoyo: yeah some people use Curses, maki just has panda carry them and you on the other hand do something very interesting

Megumi: Correct and that's why I think you can do something very similar

He does so and shoyo's sword flies towards him and he catches it

Shoyo focuses his hand glows a faint light blue and his hand goes into the air

He then goes into a fighting stance

Megumi: put your sword away

Shoyo does so and it just disappears into thin air

Megumi: good now times to to train your muscle memory for it

Megumi rushes shoyo and they start engaging in an all out fist fight

Shoyo: gotta say I've heard shikigami users have weaker bodies then the average sorcerer but you're different I guess it works with your technique being so adaptable

Megumi: you figured it out very quickly you really where born for this maybe created is the better way of putting it

Shoyo: stop talking and just come at

Megumi: Very well

Megumi rushes shoyo and during that he scraps his hand along the ground and unsheathes a pure black sword shoyo tries to block it but it slices his hand off

Shoyo: argh!

Megumi: Oh dammit!

Shoyo: Don't worry about it

Shoyo rushes Megumi and goes to strike with the fist that isn't there Megumi doesn't block

His fist then regrows and he strikes Megumi sending him skidding back

Megumi: not bad tell me how do you regrow entire limbs like a curse

Shoyo: As far as I can tell it's simply one of my abilities it's been like this all my life I guess being the reincarnation of a super powerful sorcerer has its benefits although I've been told by Rimuru that your family and that ten shadows technique go back a long way

Megumi: you talk with Rimuru

Shoyo: yeah it seems to be a similar way sukuna talked too my brother

Megumi: interesting once the exchange event is over you need to tell this all to Gojo I imagine he'd have a lot too say

Shoyo: got it

Megumi rushes and unleashes his sword again this time shoyo reaches in and unsheathes his sword blade blocking it

Megumi: Nice!

Shoyo: thanks

The two sword wielders clash blade against blade

Megumi: put it away again you need to develop the muscle memory

Shoyo: fine fine

Shoyo let's his sword go back to the area

And gets into a fighting stance again

Then over the next two hours

Shoyo is made to put his sword away so he can get better at withdrawing it quickly

Eventually he gets it down a satisfying amount

Megumi: alright good job now you can rest up

Shoyo: fine

Megumi walks off

Shoyo: I've been through so much damn training today and why can't I shake this damn feeling why can't I shake the feeling that I can still feel my brothers emotion and right now what I feel

Is bloodlust

Shoyo: but that can't be true my brother is dead dammit even my instincts can't accept it wait the feeling is gone but now I feel despair and I don't even know if it's mine

Rimuru: what are you talking about

Shoyo: I've always been good at analysing people but when it comes too my brother any time he feels really intense emotion I can sense it, it's been happening all month but I've been ignoring it thinking maybe my body has got so used too the feeling it doesn't stop

Rimuru: is this why you are trying so hard to get even stronger to push yourself even further beyond your limits

Shoyo: yeah I've always done that always pushed them to the brink and then beyond I loved it, I still love it but right now it feels like no matter how strong I get I've still failed

Rimuru: because you weren't strong enough when it really counted

Shoyo: yeah

Rimuru: I've been there I can assure you on that there was one time I briefly fell to despair and slaughtered an army of curse users that's what got my the title demon lord but trust me what you are feeling is completely normal so focus on that pain and use it too improve

Shoyo: right let's keep training until I've gone so far past my limits that what I was before seems like a distant memory
