7. My wife

He suddenly came towards me and snaked his arms around my waist and Introduced me to kaka more like to everyone present there

"Kaka meet my wife Izna Thakur"

His words really gave me goosebumps. He took my name for the first time infront of me and it sounded really ravishing and extremely beautiful. His hand is still resting on my waist which is sending me shivers.

I looked towards him, maybe sensing my gaze on him he looked into my eyes. And guess what once again we had an intense eye contact, everytime he looks at me I feel like he is looking into my soul. This time I didn't dare to look away but we got interrupted by kaka

"Your wife? Kiaan baba aapne kab- kab shaadi ki?" He asked not understanding the situation
(When-when did you get married?)

"Ji Kaka 2 days back" he said still meeting my eyes which were softly looking at me

"What? Suddenly why didn't you informed anyone?" He asked loads of questions. Kiaan was about to answer but got interrupted by

"Leave it kaka. She is not that much important for us, it's just a political deal" bua said with her bitterness. I wonder does she only eat bitter food.

Kiaan hand loosen his hand around my waist. His eyes has become dark now. He didn't said anything. Kaka understand awkwardness he caressed his hand around my head and said softly

"Welcome to the family, daughter"

"Ji Thank you" I replied softly and touched his feets for blessings which he gave me gladly

"Jeeti raho aur sada suhagan raho beti"

Then I touched the feets of kaki and she also blessed me as same as kaka

"By the way as you both are newly married there is a temple in Little away from our village. It will really great if you both visit it. It is necessary to take blessings from the god to have a peaceful and joyful marriage and moreover it is also a Thakur parivaar principles too visit that temple once in a life with their partners" kaka informed us even maa nodded and Said

"Yess kaka is right" maa said

"Fine we will visit it tomorrow" kiaan said. I didn't know what to say so I just stand there quietly

"Great. But before going there you should follow some rules. You both have to go on foot without any support of vehicles and there is many more rules especially for you Izna, come later beta I'll inform you" kaki said which I nodded and replied

"Ji kaaki"

"There is for husband too. Kiaan I will tell you later. Now let's go baba saheb was asking for us. I came to greet Thakurain and her family here but met this sweet child " he said lastly caressing my hand which I just gave a small smile

They all left from here. Darsh and Atharv were throwing daggers on me through their eyes which really scared me. I was looking at kiaan but he was not looking at me which really hurted me dunno why?!

"Come Izna beta I'll give you a saree for tomorrow and moreover a day after tomorrow there is going to be a village wedding where we all have to attend for 2 days and then after 2 days the opening ceremony of the hospital. Thakur parivaar is really doing great to our village we are glad to it. Our votes are only to them. You know specially kiaan baba is really so nice. He is not open up like others but he  genuinely cares for his family. I am glad he got a wife as you Izna beta I don't know but I feel you are perfect match for him"

Kaki said while dragging me towards her room. Her words about winning & losing literally didn't affected me, it's their choice to vote their favs. Moreover it's not my concern to know who will win election, I have nothing to do with this elections. When she said kiaan is nice I think she is right I was expecting worst behaviour from him after the words he said me on our wedding night.
