After a few minutes of driving we’re finally here I parked the Car and got out, held the door for Erin.

“Thanks. Now where do we go?”

Naglakad kami ng naglakad hanggang sa makarating kami sa gitna ng field.

“What is this place? A field? Ang dilim naman huhu. Balak mo bang takutin yung babae ha?

“Hahha!  No. Just wait here I’ll ask the man in charge to open the lights.”

Erin’s POV

I smiled as i stood in the middle of the dark field. Nakakatuwa lang na isipin na finally my Casanova best friend has finally fallen for a girl and to think na gumawa pa siya ng surprise for her, he must have fallen...Hard.

“ah!”

Sabi ko ng may ilaw na tumutok sakin spotlight I looked around and saw cam in a small cabin a few feet away and stuck my tongue out

“You’re hand fits in mine like its made just for me~”

Music played naks little things..

Sweet naman ni Cam for the girl Good music choice.

Teka...san galing yun? Little things?

Calling  “Sidonie”

Ano naman kayang pakay nito?

“Hello Sid? Ano nagaway nanamn kayo ni Jace?”

“Hello? Ate Erin huhu si-si –si Ku-kuya.”

“Ha?! Anong nangyari kay Ethan? I thought you were on vacation?”

“Ye..yes We were pero huh u nagpaiwan siya ta-ta-tapos ayaw niya lumabas ng kwarto huhuh Mom and Dad are worried..na baka..baka saktan niya sarili niya..Huhuhu”

Cam’s POV

Buti nalang close ko si manong at kasabwat ko to sa lahat kaya naman napadali na ang lahat. I went to him para ipa-on yung spotlight then I saw erin.

Finally masasabi ko na sayo ang totoo.

I got the flowers from the cabin and walked slowly to her underneath the light. I hid the flowers behind me

Patuloy ang pagbilis ng tibok ng puso ko as I approached her then when i reached her

I slowly lifted my arms to show her the flowers ....

Then

“Cam. I have to go. Ethan’s in trouble”

My hand them fell slowly..

I just looked at her

“I know..I’m sorry. Is it okay if i go now?”

“Its okay. Its for ethan  naman. Ingat na lang.”

Sabi ko ng may pilit na ngiti.

“Thank you Cam! I promise babawi ako! But I’m sure she’ll like it no matter what.”

She then kissed my cheek then left.

..hanggang ngayon si Ethan parin.

As selfish as it may sound pero..all i want is for her to know the truth on how i feel.. at kahit saglit man lang ako naman ang isipin niya

But then even confessing to her seems impossible

Kailan naman ako Erin?

I stood there alone under the spotlight the flowers falling from my grip and as it fell my tears did too.
