Ingredients

2 ripe mangoes, diced

1 raw mango, diced

1/2 inch ginger

2 green chilies

30gm mint leaves

30gm coriander leaves

1/2 cup sugar

1 cup water

1 teaspoon chaat masala powder

1 teaspoon jeera powder (cumin powder)

1 teaspoon aamchur powder (dry mango powder)

1 teaspoon salt


Procedure

1. Blend together both mangoes, ginger, green chili, coriander and mint leaves, sugar and water until it's a smooth liquid.

2. Strain well in a bowl to remove any lumps.

3. Add in the remaining ingredients. Stir well.

4. Check for consistency. If too thick then add in more water.

5. Chill before using.


Note

1. Use diced ripe mangoes as fillings in the puri.

2. Adjust the spicy and sweet as per personal taste.
