Amelia was a headstrong woman with an eye for resilience. Amelia was the first female to be sent into the maze approximately three years prior to Thomas' arrival, just a month after Alby. In those three years, the girl has gone through depression, rage, and loss of people closest to her, but she had always pushed through to the best of her ability. Through everything, she's always had Alby at her side and the two boys, Newt and Gally, who she's loved for as long as she could remember. The Glade was her home. It may have been a broken home with no way out, but it felt familiar to her. Unfortunately, her home gets shaken up with the arrival of Thomas. Thomas makes her question if the maze was her reality or if it was a fantasy that she somehow wished was real.
