The user of this power possesses and is able to use strong draconic power. This ability not only grants the user great strength, abilities, and control over numerous variations of draconic energies, but also allows them to overwhelm weaker dragons as well as rival that of powerful draconian entities.

User has control of anything that is symbolized as draconian and connected to dragons and draconic beings. They are able to manipulate sacred objects and relics that are connected to dragons and/or draconic power. 

"Ngayon, ipakita mo ang kaya mo. Bago natin simula ang laban na ito, gusto ko malaman kung sino ka."

Is she worried about me? I raised a brow at her at ngumisi na lang ako sa kanya.

"Worried?" I asked her.

"Well, duh! Oo!"Sigaw ni Serissa

"You don't need to protect me here. Desisyon ko to. I'm going to tame Bakunawa in my own ways."

Ngumisi na lang yung Bakunawa and it roared. Mas lalong lumakas ang agos ng tubig and I took a deep breath. I took off my shirt at halos nagulat naman si Serissa.

"What are you—"

"Kesa masunog yung damit ko."I told her. Lumapit ako sa kanya and I covered her mouth. I have to make sure that the hypnosis will be effective.

This isn't her fight.This is my fight. Kaya naman I grabbed my necklace at ginalaw ko iyon sa harap niya. The necklace started glowing and then I flicked my fingers.

"You're under my control. Sleep, Serissa."

Once I say those words, wala na siyang magagawa to be part of my hypnosis magic. I can command the victim to fight on User's behalf. Command an army effectively gaining obedient minions.

I can command other powers effectively, gaining uses of the victim's powers and control his opponents. Vocal Mind Control is a type of hypnotism in which it allows the speaker to convince someone else to do or get whatever what I want.

The strength of the command depends on the tone and the emotion of my voice, as well as my skill with it. Eventually, Vocal Mind Control wears off and the person has no recollection of why they did or what they were commanded to do.

Ipinikit na lang niya ang mata niya and natumba siya sa'kin and I lift her up. Ibinaba ko siya malayo sa'min ng Bakunawa and I created a protection barrier.

I don't know who's a danger that might get closer to her because she's my protector kaya kailangan kong mag-ingat.

I touched her hair and hinalikan ko ito, "Forgive me, Serissa. I have to do this. Stay out of this. Sasabihin ko sa'yo ang lahat ng nangyari matapos ang laban namin."
