chapter 5

when i woke up in Christian's arms earlier, im not gonna lie it was a shock but not in a bad way

it gave me a weird feeling like warm but on the inside

i don't know if i liked it

it felt wrong but right at the same time

now my heads all over the place

"princess are you okay, you haven't put on any music yet" my dad puts a hand on my forehead checking for a fever

i giggle "i'm fine daddy" i start playing coldplay and sing along softly throughout the drive

we make it to the restaurant and it is beautiful

we follow the waitress to our table where a man in his late 50s and his son who looks to be just a couple years older then me are waiting

the man shakes daddy's hand before introducing the boy

"Mr Laurier-rhodes this is my son alexander he'll be taking over for me when i retire"

"hello sir it's a pleasure meeting you" alexander shakes my dads hand

"you aswell, Vienna this is Robert and Alexander, men this is my daughter Vienna" daddy introduces me

i shake both of their hands "it's lovely to meet you both" i try my best to smile sweetly

"the pleasures all ours" robert smiles

we all sit down and order our drinks and the men start talking business

i hear a familiar voice "Vienna?" i look to the left of me "zack?"

"i'll be right back daddy" i tell him

"okay princess" i get up and kiss his cheek before leaving with zack to the bar

"what are you doing here?" i ask him

he sighs and leans against the bar "my family all come here once every six months for a catch up, im so bored" he fake cries

i laugh a little

"hey i made you laugh!"

"i don't know what your talking about" i scoff

"nu uh i saw it anyway what are you doing here"

"oh daddy has a business dinner with a new partner and his son and i wanted to come because i mean look at this restaurant"

"i know right it's beautiful, also did you say hot daddy's here" he looks back at me table and smirks when he sees my dad

"you have to get over my dad zack" i shake my head

"never" he grins before looking over at a table

"ugh i've got to go back im being summoned ill see you tomorrow, tell hot daddy i say hi" he winks before patting my arm and going back to his table

i go back to the men

"sorry about that" i apologise politely

"no worries Vienna" Richard says before going back into a conversation with my dad

"who was that?" alexander asks

"oh just a new friend from school" i say

"boyfriend?"

"nope just a friend" i reply taking a swig of my drink

he hums

"hi can i take your orders" the waitress asks when she comes back
