JEREMY stared questioningly at his sister, tapping his foot impatiently when she didn't start talking, only continuing to stare at him. Sighing harshly, he questioned, "Are you going to tell me what the hell is going on or not?"

Asteria stared blankly at Jeremy as multiple thoughts ran across her mind. This was not how things were supposed to go, but she never did like playing by the script. Sighing lightly, she responded, "Not here. Let's head over to Caroline's. I'd rather not have to repeat this."

"Caroline? What does she have to do with this," Jeremy grumbled in frustration, clearly wanting to know what was going on in this instance.

Shooting him a look of annoyance, Asteria rolled her eyes, as she sent a few texts over to Destiny, asking her to head to Caroline's place. "Patience is a virtue, Jeremy. Besides, I don't want Elena or Stefan getting suspicious if we leave right after that."

Rolling his eyes, Jeremy retorted, "Well if you told me what that that was, maybe I'd understand better."

"Don't get all sassy with me, Jer. If I can handle Destiny, I can handle you," Asteria shot back, never looking up from her phone. She grinned lightly when she heard Jeremy sigh in defeat.

"Not that I'm not happy to see you, Ria, but why are you here so late at night and why is Jeremy, Destiny, and Gabriel here as well?" Caroline questioned as she ushered everyone into her living room.

"It's a long story," Asteria replied, as she made herself comfortable on the couch, with Destiny coming over to sit next to her and Gabriel standing next to the couch.

Crossing his arms impatiently, Jeremy grumbled, "I don't care, Ria. I'd like to know what's going on." Pausing, Jeremy eyed Gabriel suspiciously, to which Gabriel stared back coldly. "And why is he here. He's related to Stefan."

Asteria motioned for Caroline to sit next to her as she nodded her head at Jeremy. "Yes, he is, but there is no brotherly love between them. Trust me when I say he won't be rushing back to tattle to Stefan."

"Cause if he tried, I'd bite him," Destiny grumbled as she eyed Gabriel distastefully.

"Really feeling the love," Gabriel deadpanned, not even bothering to glance at Destiny. He kept his gaze on Asteria and waited for her to explain what was going on.

Destiny growled lowly, staring daggers at Gabriel. "How rude."

Asteria sighed as she looked at Caroline and Jeremy. "Caroline, this might be really random, but after what happened to Jeremy tonight, I want you both to know the truth and choose by yourself what to do with this information."
