Only Shub knew how he was controlling all his bottled emotions, since the moment he saw Sara. Holding her, did give him a kind of relief he never knew existed. Obviously nothing could have made him feel better in a snap of a finger, but Sara's hug felt like a ice pack on those thousands of honeybee bites he had experienced, earlier. He realised that since the moment he had gotten to know about the dengue, it was the first time he was actually venting it out. He kept hugging her and did sob in between for sometime.

Sara, on the other hand, had no clue what to say in between all this to make him feel better. She just kept hugging him, kept hugging him like a baby! After being like that for quite a good amount of time, Sara finally spoke:

Sara: "Is the fever still there ? When did you check it last ?"

Shub: "An hour back! Yes, it was around 101."

Sara: "What did you eat ?"

Shub: "I had dinner. Milk and chapati because I had to take medicines."

Sara: "Okay! Is the weakness still there ?"

Shub: "Yeah! How did you manage to come ? What did you tell everyone ?"

Sara: "Shub!! These are the last things you should be thinking about, right now."

Shub: "Yeah but...."

Sara got up to get the extra blanket from the closet. She came back and sat next to him. Clearly, his face looked pale. She was in love with him to an extend, that at one point seeing him like that, was almost making her feel like crying. She held his face with both her hands while he was just looking at her and implanted a peck on his forehead, followed by his cheeks and she was just going to implant a peck on his lips tooo is when he said:

Shub: "No! Don't do that! You will catch it too."

Sara: "It's non communicable, baby!"

Shub: "We never know! I don't want to take any chances. Passing this shitty fever to you is the last thing I wish for, right now."

Sara: "Okayyyyyy! Do you wanna talk about it ?"

Shub: "Kya boluuuu ?? Out of every other time, this had to happen now ??"

Sara: "Hmmm! But Such is life na ? Unpredicable and brutal. You know it all happened with baba too? With so many injuries and not keeping well at quite some crucial matches? It's a part and parcel of a sportsperson's life. Not saying, it's welcoming but then, it is what it is, you know ?"

Shub: "I feel.... I actually don't know what I feel. I am numb."

Sara: "My baby!!! Come here. It will all be fine, trust me! My baby is the strongest. I will make sure you will be back to your own self at the earliest. Trust me."

Shub: "Just be here. With me. By my side. I am already feeling better."

Sara: "I am here only, I am not going anywhere."

Shub: "Hmmmmm."

Sara: "Can't believe someone was asking me not to bother to come."

Shub: "Only glad you didn't listen to me and my filthy mouth."

Sara: "You know I take my decisions by myself. Nobody can take them on my behalf."

Shub: "Who knows it better than me ?"

Sara continued to be with Shubman while the doctor did come to check in between. Jugnu had conveyed them that Sara will be staying with Shubman, so anything related to his health, shall certainly be discussed with her. Shub had trouble sleeping in the beginning obviously because of all the weaknes but then after taking the medicines he started to feel a little sleepy. Sara was just there with him, doing her tiny bit in making him feel better.
