Sad Eyes brought me to the mall to go buy my dress for tonight since Oscar was dealing with Santos business.

I bought a basic, short, red dress.

I just finished getting ready and went to go grab my jean jacket from my room before going to Cesar's room and knocking on the door.

'Come in' I opened the door and saw Cesar put on a basic, grey shirt. 'That's what you're wearing?' I asked him skeptical.

'Yeah, what's wrong with it?' He asked confused, looking down at his clothes. 'Its, you know, basic' I shrugged.

'Monse is gonna be wearing a sweater' Cesar said, making me roll my eyes. 'Of course she is, what did I expect?' I sighed.

'You ready to go?' I asked him as he nodded. I texted Angel that I was on my way and I would be there in about ten minutes.

Cesar and I walked outside, making Oscar's head turn in our direction. 'We're going' Cesar said as we were about to walk past them.

'Dani' I sighed and turned around towards Oscar. 'You look beautiful, princesa' Oscar said, making me do a fake gagging noise. 'Could you be more sappy?'

'Don't do dumb shit, Dani' Oscar told me sternly. 'Cesar, you keep an eye on her' Oscar told Cesar, to which he nodded. 'No estoy bromeando, Daniela. No dumb shit' he repeated, making me roll my eyes again.

I groaned and pulled Cesar with me to walk away and towards our school. 'Have fun, tontos!' Oscar yelled at us, laughing.

The walk there was only ten minutes and thank god I didn't have heels on. I would not be walking to school in heels, no, thank you.

When we got to the school, everyone was still standing in front of the entrance, Angel included.

'Hey, what's going on?' I asked her when we got closer to our friends.

'They cancelled the dance because of a fight' Angel said while rolling her eyes.

'Man, I mean, really?' Jasmine, another old friend of Cesar began. 'Two putas got into it in life skills yesterday, but we still managed to make soufflés. A fight ain't nothing!'she exclaimed. Jasmin is a little extra, but I liked that about her.

'Well, that's okay for us, we were gonna go to the football field anyway' I told Angel. She gave me a look that made me realize what I said. 'Every entrance is closed, dumbass'

'It wasn't just that. Some fool pulled out a gun' another girl said, rolling her eyes.

'What now?' Angel asked me. 'I mean, we can still go to the park' I suggested, shrugging. Oscar thinks we're at the dance. So, there's no suspicion.

That was until Cesar came up with a better plan. 'Yo, Monse's dad is out of town, so party at Monse's!' Angel and I looked at eachother. 'We can smoke there in her yard' Angel suggested, making me nod in agreement.

Soon, almost everyone went over to Monse's place. Angel and I were dancing, a little high but more drunk, in the middle of Monse's living room.

Ruby was squashed underneath Jasmine on the couch as she drunk talked her ass off to him. Meanwhile Ruby was trying to escape.

Angel and I were laughing our asses off while dancing. I hadn't been drunk in a long time. Correction, I haven't had a fun drunken night with a friend in a long time.

'I'm getting another refill. You want one?' I heard Olivia ask Monse. 'Oh! We want a refill, Olivia!' I exclaimed excited, making Angel agree with me.

'Give us shots!' Angel said, making Olivia nod and laugh.

All of the sudden, the music changed to a slow song, making Angel and I stop dancing. 'Dude!' Angel exclaimed, as Cesar walked over to Monse.

Monse chugged her beer, when Cesar looked at his phone with a change of expression. Cesar changed the music back to another song, making Angel and I dance again. Monse following after Cesar as he went to her room.

Olivia soon came back with two tequila shots, making us cheer as we both gave Olivia a kiss on the cheek. My faint, red lipstick stained on her cheek.

Angel and I were taking shots after shots and kept dancing. We saved Ruby from dying on the couch at one point, but Olivia and Monse had to help us since Angel and I couldn't stop laughing.

'Ruby! Dance with us!' I cheered as Olivia and Ruby joined us at our fantasy dance floor. I saw Cesar pour himself a shot as Monse went to stand next to him.

'Hermanito!' I shouted, turning his attention towards us. 'Dos shots para tu hermana favorite y su amiga!' I slurred, making Angel laugh her ass off.

'You guys aren't going to make us dance by ourselves, are you?' Olivia asked them, turning toward Ruby and dancing together.

I saw Monse trying to pull Cesar to us, but he just pulled his arm away from her. Cesar stood up and walked towards us.

'Let's go, Dani' he said, gently pulling my arm. 'No! I wanna stay!' I whined. I really wanted another shot.

'Oscar called, he said he wants us home' he said, making me groan. 'Oscar is an estupido' I slurred to Cesar, making him laugh lightly.

'But wait! We have to walk Angel home!' I pulled Angel next to me, making her stumble. 'I wanna stay!' Angel whined, leaning her head against my shoulder.

'We'll walk Angel home, come on' Cesar said, pulling the both of us gently to go.

Cesar and I walked Angel home. Well, Cesar walked, we stumbled. 'Bye bitch! I love you!' I whisper shouted at her as she climbed through the side window, hitting her head in the process.

'Are we going back to Monse's?' I asked Cesar, leaning against him as we walked. 'We're going home, Dani' he sighed, pulling his arm around my shoulder as he let me lean against him.

'Cesar?' He hummed in response. 'I don't feel so good' I mumbled, making him sigh. 'We're almost home, can you hold it in?' He asked as we walked closer and closer to the house. I nodded in response.

Before we went any closer to the house, where everyone was on the front lawn. Cesar stopped walked and turned my shoulders for me to face him.

'Oscar will kill us both if he sees you're that drunk. So, try to act as sober as possible' he told me, making me nod at him with a loopy smile. 'Don't say anything to him. I'll talk, okay?' He asked me, to which I put two thumbs up in response.

'Can you walk straight?' He asked me. I tried to walk, but apparently I'm going from side to side. That's what Cesar said. I thought I was doing good.

'Just lean against me, I'll tell him you're really tired or something and you wanna go to bed' Cesar sighed as he put his arm around my shoulder again, making me lean against him.

We walked towards the house where all the cholos were seated, music playing in the background.

'How was the dance?' Oscar asked us as we were closer to him. 'Good, really good, lots of fun' Cesar answered nervously.

Oscar looked at me before talking. 'You had fun?' He asked me. I looked at him before looking at Cesar, not talking. 'Yeah, she had fun. She's just tired, she wants to go to bed' Cesar said, trying to go up the porch steps before Oscar stopped him.

'Danced with any boys?' Oscar asked me. I looked at him and back at Cesar. 'No dancing with boys, just with us' Cesar said, nodding his head.

Before Oscar could say anything else, the music in the background changed. 'This is my song!' I exclaimed, stumbling out if Cesar's grip. 'Turn that shit up, bald guy!' I said, pointing at the cholo who was next to the radio.

I turned towards Oscar who looked mad as fuck. 'Why are all of you bald?' I asked him, stepping closer and looking at his head.

'You let her get drunk?' Oscar asked Cesar, clenching his jaw. 'Don't blame him, I was drunk before he could notice' I slurred at Oscar.

'Let's order pizza!'
