his breathing having become erratic and unstable while his pupils had contracted. holding onto the girl with a tight grip, with tears threatening to fall heavily.
his senses had dulled, the surrounding becoming blurry and unknown to his mind. even so, his main focus was the girl who was at the brink of death as she tried to breathe against him.
all the bystanders had stood by, whispering to one another as they waited for an ambulance to arrive.
"no...please─" he pleaded.
"─don't go...!"
the tears had fallen, the boy now heavily sobbing while muttering pleads and apologies.

"─ please don't leave me!"
