Is this Heaven or Hell? Either way, this is the Dead Universe where Optimus Prime and Megatron are sent to.
On one side, Optimus is visited by Sky Lynx, who quickly demonstrates his complete mastery over this realm and teleports Prime to a private area in un-space so that Sky Lynx may judge his worthiness to bear the Matrix. Prime informs Sky Lynx about the mission to retrieve the Allspark, while Sky Lynx reveals his long mission as well—his quest to calm the inner storm that drove him to banishment. Alpha Trion's punishment gave him time to become more stoic and relinquish his craving for the power of the Matrix. Now, he only seeks redemption for his past behavior, and to be freed from the Dead Universe.
On the other, Megatron is visited by a future version of himself named "Galvatron". He only introduces himself to Megatron as a guide to the future, being careful to not reveal too much information.
Then, both ships reach the rift and break through it, only to find themselves in orbit over a watery, blue world. You guessed it: Earth!
