Chapter 7 - The Secret

When we came to a point where the road met the preserve Liam blindfolded me.
"What's this for " Riley
"You'll see" Liam

After walking for a few minutes Liam took the blindfold off.
I saw a bunch of lanterns hung over the trees.

"How did I do"? Liam
"It's so beautiful, how'd you put all of this together?" Riley
"Malia helped me" Liam
"Of course she did" Riley
"I was so focused on not being late I forgot the basket full of food" Liam
"I don't care I just wanna enjoy the time we have together before Malia starts bugging me about us again" Riley

For hours me and Liam talked I played the song that I was in progress for him then he took me home and I couldn't sleep so Malia stayed over with Stiles and then we talked for hours. You'd be surprised on how many questions a person can ask in 5 minutes.

The next day Malia went home to clean her room and Stiles and Scott were still blabbing about those pictures and the map with all the dots and lines. Then, they started talking about supernatural creatures and a bunch of nonsense.

KNOCK KNOCK!!
I opened the front door and saw a tall man with dark hair blue eyes and a leather jacket, just like the reflection I saw at the game.

"Is Scott here" Derek
"Yeah, Scott!" Riley
"What's up Derek" Scott
"We have a bit of a problem" Derek
Omega walked up and started growling. But, when Derek looked at him he stopped immediately.
"Is this your dog" Derek
"Yeah..... well wolf actually" Riley
Stiles came running to the front door with the map and pictures. Scott looked at me like I should go away, so I did.
Except I only went to the top of the stairs and started eavesdropping on their coversation.

This book is picking up in season 4 if you hadn't caught on, but I am kinda making up my own story sort of similar to the season 4 story.

"Brayden saw Kate and the berserkers last night around here" Derek
Derek pointed to a place on the map which looked like the hospital from far away.
"I hate to say this, but we're gonna have to fight back"
What was he talking about fight back and berserkers, I thought.

I listened to them for an hour trying to come up with ideas where the next murder would be. I got tired of listening then just walked downstairs.

"The first was at Lydia's lakehouse, the second the police station, so it should be in the middle" Riley
I pointed at the Beacon Hills Hospital on the map.
"Have you been listening to us" Scott
"Yeah, don't worry all I heard was about the murders and Stiles blab about these stupid pictures" Riley
Scott let out a breath like he was relieved.
"Anyway were gonna head out, we'll be back soon" Scott
"Ok, see ya later" Riley
I had a suspicion, so when they got out the door I followed on my bike.
We got to the hospital and the three got out of Stiles jeep.
I waited and then followed them in. They got I the elavator I took the stairs up to the second floor. Before I opened the door, I heard a loud noise like someone was thrown up against the wall. When I opened the door I saw Scott, Liam, Malia, Kira and Derek fighting off a huge skeleton animal thing.
"What are you doing here Riley" Liam
"Being curious like always" Riley
"Duck!!" Malia
I duck and rolled forward toward Scott.
"Scott tell me what's going on" Riley
"Not much time to explain." Scott
The berserkers lunged toward Scott I dragged a gurney out in front and sent it flying backward.
"Are you some kind of werewolf man?" Riley
"Yeah, but if we get this over with I can explain more" Scott
"Fine" Riley
I ran over to Stiles who was holding a bat.
"You really think a bat is gonna fight these things off?" Riley
"Maybe. Not really. You gotta have protection" Stiles
Suddenly the berserkers backed down and a girl with long hair and skin like a jaguar appeared.
I walked towards Liam.
"Who's that" Riley
"Kate Argent, werejaguar" Liam
"She doesn't look very friendly" Riley
"Ya think" Liam

"I see you brought your new sister Scott. How she clings to your beta, that must make you angry because you don't want her in all of this mess" Kate

Kate started walking towards Scott.
"Leave her out of this" Scott
"How can we, after what she just did I think she would be a great addition to your pack" Kate
"Scott what is she talking about." Riley
" Oh I'm talking about you becoming a werewolf and obviously you'd be great at it, and so you wouldn't have to worry about Liam lashing out on you" Kate
Scott let out a big roar.
"Scott calm down this is what she wants. For you to show Riley who you really are." Derek
Derek spoke to late Scott lunged toward Kate she dodged him at his teeth went straight into my side and knocked me to the ground.
"Scott, no" Liam
Scott took some steps backwards but Liam ran over to me and so did Kira, Malia, Stiles, and Derek.
"Ya see Scott you should really work on protecting your sister more" Kate
Kate walked out of the hospital.
"What are you all?" Riley
Each of them explained. Malia is a were coyote, scott is a were wolf, Kira is a kitsune, Derek is not doing so good bit before he was a werewolf, Liam is a were wolf and I was going to be if I didn't die, as for Stiles he was possessed for awhile and now not much.
All I could think about was soon I might be like all of them.
