Long ago, the kingdom was ruled and run by humans. They had lived a peaceful life, everything was normal

Until odd creatures from the forest started to appear. They were both human like and beast like

This scared the people, but the ruler was able to get everything under control. As the king talked to these unnaturals. As long as they did their thing in the forest and didn't cause harm, the two would stand in equal ground

Though this wouldn't last long as the leader of these creatures, wanted more. They didn't like the forest being their area...they wanted more power

This creature grouped up everyone and gave a speech about taking over the kingdom and making it their own, and got everyone to agree as they would be able to live there, rule it.

No longer just stuck to the forest as their home, being able to go into the kingdom as they pleased...having power over everyone

The two sides went into battle, though the humans weren't ready for his war as the unnatures had abilities from their monstrous half

The battle went on for about a year or so, and the creatures won. Taking the kingdom as their own

The humans could still live there of course and everything with that was peaceful. The only thing is that there would never be a human ruler, no human in power

It has been this way for years

"Bryan, Bryan... BRYAN!" I shout up from my bed, looking to the right

"God damn Adrien! You're going to give me a heart attack!" I shouted

They laughed a little "you weren't waking up"

I rolled my eyes "don't you have knights to train?"

"Mhm? Not right now" they answered "since we are getting new staff"

"New staff?" I rubbed my eye, still waking up

Adren nodded "you're the new king! Therefore there is staff for you to pick"

"I forgot!" I covered my face with my hands

"It's alright" Adrien says "just get dressed, me and Dylan will be waiting"

Adrien then left my room 'this is going to be a long day'

I got out of bed and looked in the mirror. The portal like colors on my arms like strips, and my brown hair that faded into the said color

I went to my closet that was next to the mirror to get dressed
