the two lovers turned to their right as their expression changed from love, to worry.

"we've been digging into this case a few weeks before jays attack. we found some physical traces that could be related to him." sunghoon put his head down, staring at the floor "although, base number forty-seven isn't exactly top priority in the cia's eyes, so we haven't been able to confirm it."

he chuckled at himself and continued "then it got blown up."

AT SECURITY CAMERA ROOM

"jungwon. long time no see." ni-ki spoke casually with the man across from him. they seemed to be close in age, and quite friendly.

the two opened the monitor. the brightness completely filled the pitch black room as they stared intently, eyes attached to the screen. in a situation like this, a mere blink can cause a big interference in the search.

everything seemed to be going normally in the first 6 hours of the day. guards were in the right positions, with agents coming in and out that ni-ki, sunghoon, and jungwon were familiar with. although they should be considered former agents and guards as none of them were to be seen again after the incident.

right when the clock hit 6:00 AM the first problem came. the sounds of gunshots were now present, everyone was either shot, or tried to flee, then shot. finally after the massacre of one floor, a masked person would show himself.

they were covered head to toe with black, lose clothing making it hard to tell from this angle what their build was. after taking the lives of so many workers, it would calmly strut up to the security camera, point a pistol then BAM. error.

one camera at a time.

"JUNGWON?? do you see this??? it's alright i have a record of all the people who came in between 12 AM to-"

"oh. that's too bad." jungwon replied, now behind ni-ki.

when ni-ki turned behind him, expecting to be greeted by the face he had worked with, and became close to, but instead, it was the pistol ni-ki had brought with him.

jungwon turned away from the blood covered body, facing the door with a smile on his face "boss you can come out now"
