INSIDE THE HOSPITAL ROOM:

dr. lee waited for y/n to get out of sight before closing the door. he then returned to his original seat, but this time with a different attitude. it was determined and cold, was this really the dr. lee they just met?

"so, jake sim you are, let's get straight to the point. you might be wondering: "who are you and how do you know my name?"," the doctor, heeseung began to speak in a flat tone

"h-how do you know my las-"

"my name isn't actually lee heeseung, that's a cover up. my real name is park sunghoon, nice to meet you. i'm jay's brother."

jake was overwhelmed by the information sunghoon just gave him. "i'm here to help you. you probably already know this but, jay is trying to kill you and get y/n back." sunghoon said as jake nodded his head. "jay never told me he had a brother.." jake muttered loudly enough so only sunghoon could hear. "well, that's because we never had a good relationship," sunghoon began to tell jake his life story.

"you see, i was always the golden child. i had good grades, i was popular, and i had a lot of friends. jay never liked that because he was always compared to me, then eventually treated like furniture after I left for medical school at the age of 16. until one day, he said he "had enough". that same day, i came home to see my parents crying. i asked them what happened, and they just told me that jay left and was never coming back." sunghoon uttered.

"oh wow. so, how are you going to help me and y/n?" jake politely asked. "you see, i'm not quite sure. all i know is jay is going to go around town and look for you and y/n, so i recommend that you leave town as soon as you can, and take y/n with you" sunghoon spoke in a voice that was quiet but loud enough for jake to hear. "stay here, i'll get y/n and explain everything to her." sunghoon told jake.
