Rhea's back

It's been two months.
This past months has been hell for Rhea.
She has been sulking in Aryan's memories while also preparing for her return back in Ranbir's life.

As she stands at the India's airport, the breeze that blows through her brown curly hair sends shivers down her spine.
All the country did was to remind her of bad memories of her father and now it's reminding her of bad memories of Aryan.
She could remember the broken promises she made to Aryan which caused tears to her eyes.

Her chain of thoughts was broken when a car honked in front of her.
Driver: ma'am, your mother asked me to pick you up.
Rhea: ok
She said as she entered the car with her luggage.

Out the Khanna mansion, a car parks infront of it.
Rhea comes out of the car as she sighs.
She grabbed her luggage as see entered the  mansion.
She wanted to go to her own house but it seems like her mother needed her.
After her father left, she stayed with her aunts and uncles until she was able to have a house of her own.
She rarely visited the Mansion except for an important reason.

As she steps into her room, a tear escaped her eyes.
The purple laced room held memories the could forget no matter what.
As she look around the room, she couldn't help but cry.
She dropped her luggage as she sat in front of the dressing mirror.

This room was created by her father and her.
They decorated this room together when Rhea was just seven.
At that time, Rhea was so obsessed with the colour purple.
So her father created it being the only colourful room in the house.

Since the day her father left, she has never entered this room.
It's been eight years but it still looks like yesterday.
Everyday when she sees her friends with their fathers, she always cried silently.
She just wished everything wasn't like the way it was.
As she stare at the mirror, she saw a purple note attached to the mirror.
It was hidden behind mirror but the edge of the note was by the edge of the mirror.
She took out the note.

"Why have I never seen this before?"
She thought as she read the note.

"Dear princess,
I know things have been hard and we may not be together again but I just want to tell you that I love you.
I also learnt that you no longer want to stay here again after I left.
I am really sorry for not going to be there for you as a father anymore but I will always love you forever.
I will always carry you in my heart.
I really love you💖💖💖"

Rhea cries as she clenched the note to her chest.
She wipes her tears as she read the last words in the note.

"Check the drawer under your bed"

She read as she walks towards her bed.
She lifts the mini bed up as she opens the drawer from the side.
She saw a purple jotter.
She took the note, close the drawer and kept the bed in place.

She opened the jotter.
It is filled with pictures of the two of them.
She giggles at the sight of her childhood pictures.
She really loves her father a lot and noone not even her mother could threaten to take the place of him in her heart.

As she reached the end of the jotter, she saw a note.

"Check the drawer under your table, you would find a gift. This gift will help you in the future. I know your mother will take from you the privilege of taking over my properties and wealth. I know she won't let you get independent on your own.
So I am giving you this gift as a token of my love"

She kept the jotter on the dressing table.
As she proceeds to check under the table, she heard Alia's voice behind her.

Alia: I see you heed to my request.
The disguisting voice of her mother made her stop in her tracks.
With Stern face,she sat on her bed sighing.

Alia: sweetheart, don't look that way. I am the one that gave birth to you so you need to be happy.
Rhea: I would rather die than to be your daughter in the next life.
Alia smirks
Alia: I can see my daughter is in a bad mood today.
Rhea: I hate you mom
Alia: I know you love me
Rhea: I don't
Alia: you do sweetheart you still call me mom isn't that sweet?
Rhea: Miss Khanna, you are not mom. I hate you. You are not worthy to be a mom.
Alia:it's Mrs to you. Purab is still coming back to me.
Rhea: in your dreams.
Alia slaps Rhea.
Alia: never say that to me. Purab is mine and will always be mine. He is coming back to me.
Rhea: he won't, you made him leave.
Alia: I didn't, he wanted to cause he wanted to cheat on me.
Rhea: I don't want to stay in this house Aryan. I am not carrying out the plans anymore.
Alia: then say goodbye to Aryan and his family. I will kill them all.
Rhea: why are you doing this to me?
She said as she broke down in tears.
Alia: my sweet child, just do as I say and everything will be alright.
She said stroking Rhea's hair.
Alia: just go back into Ranbir's life, destroy him and make the Kolhi family cry. Won't you do that for Aryan?
Rhea: I would but promise me that you wouldn't kill my Aryan. Please I love him more than anything. Please mother.
Alia: I promise my sweet child just destroy them.
She said smirking.

Ranbir is in his room with prachi's head on his lap.
They are talking as they savour the moment with chips and juice as they discuss about random things.
Ranbir: you can't play. You will just get injured. How would you even catch the ball or throw it with your fragile hands?
Prachi: are you mocking me?
Ranbir: no baby I am just playing you.
Prachi: you are teasing me again right.
Ranbir giggles.
Prachi: I am not going to talk to you again.
Ranbir: I am sorry.
Prachi: I am still angry.
Ranbir: really?
He raised his eye brows.
He took a chip in his mouth.
He came closer to her face.
He kissed her lips as she collected the chip from his mouth.
Her tongue enters his mouth as they intertwined.
His tongue tickled her as she moan between the kiss.
Prachi pulled his face towards her.
His hands were squeezing her tits.
Prachi: Ranbir...hmm..mmm
Just then, Ranbir's phone rang.
Ranbir groans in the middle of the kiss.
Prachi pull away from the kiss as she giggled.
Ranbir: who could that be?
Prachi: it might be important.
Ranbir: they are calling at the wrong time.
He said as he checked the number that was calling him but it was an unknown number.
Ranbir: I will be back and this time I wouldn't spare you.
She covers her face in shame.
Ranbir picks the call but the voice he heard made him jittery.
Rhea: hello Ranbir.

Ranbir didn't how to reply her.
Ranbir: please excuse me.
He said to prachi as he went outside.
Prachi: what's wrong? Why was he so jumpy? I hope everything is alright.
She said as she waits impatiently for Ranbir to come back.

Outside the room, Ranbir is still on the phone call with Rhea
Rhea: Ranbir are you there?
Ranbir: yes, how have you been?
Rhea: not well.
Ranbir: are you sick?
Rhea: no I am fine. Just that I am sick without....you..u..u..u. I love you..u..u..u..u.
Ranbir just remain silent.
Rhea: Ranbir I am so sorry for everything. I really love you 💖💖💖. Please say something.
Ranbir: I don't really know what to say. It's been long since I have heard of you.
Rhea: I know it's difficult to disgest all of these but could we meet at the cafe next to school. Maybe we could talk this out. If you are not busy tomorrow
Ranbir: I am not doing anything tomorrow. What time should I be there?
Rhea: 3pm should be good.
Ranbir: I will be there unfailingly.
Rhea: ok thank you
She blows him a kiss through the phone😘😘😘😘
Rhea: byee can't wait for tomorrow.
She cuts the call.
Ranbir unconsciously smiled to himself.
He felt kinda of confused, happy and angry at himself.
Does Rhea really loves him now? was the question that caused his confusion.
Wow he's finally going on a date with Rhea Is what made him happy.
How could he plan a date with Rhea when he already has prachi? Was what made him angry at himself.
He felt all type of feelings at the same time.
He loves prachi but what about Rhea?
Does he also feels something for her?
But if he puts Rhea first now he would lose the beautiful thing he has with prachi.
Both his heart and mind battled over these questions.
His heart fought for prachi while the mind fought for Rhea.
But as they say when the mind is set to do something, it does it no matter what.
So his mind won the battle.
He is really going to see Rhea.
