Chapter 46

Krish was driving peacefully, listening to soft music when suddenly his phone rang. He ignored it initially since it was an unknown number. However, the same number called again after a few seconds. This time, Krish decided to pick up the call, parking his car on the roadside.

Krish: 'Hello...'

Dean: 'Mein...dean bol raha hoon...'

Krish: 'Accha...toh tu hai...matlab haar bardaash nahu hui tujhse apni...haan...jo seedha mujhe phone kar dia...lekin koi baat nahi...accha hi kiya...ab meri baat dhyaan se sun...aaj tera plan barbaad kiya hai aur bahut jald tu bhi faansi ke fande pe latkega...just wait and watch...'

Dean: 'Are are...Mr. CBI...khud hi dialogue marte rahoge ya mujhe bhi thoda mauka doge...jo mein bol raha hoon woh tu ab dhyaan se sun...logon ki jaan toh tune bachali...lekin apni jaan kaise bachayega tu...?'

Krish: 'Matlab...?' (He asked getting serious)

Dean: 'Matlab yeh Mr CBI...ki aapki dharam patni...Mrs. CBI mere kabze mein hai...'

Krish: 'Yeh kya bakwas kar raha hai tu...?'

Dean: 'Bakwas nahi...sach keh raha hoon...sirf kabze mein nahi hai...is dharti par bas kam se kam 1 ghante ki mehmaan hai...'

Hearing the dean, his whole world stopped... sudden rage ran in his body...)

Krish: '...Agar...agar use ek bhi kharoch aayi na..toh mein tujhe zinda nahi chodunga...' (He almost shouted)

Dean: 'Tujhe kya laga...tere dialogue baazi aur chillane se mein dar jaunga...ab bacha ke dikha agar bacha sakta hai toh...'

Saying this, he abruptly cut the call.

Krish: 'Hello...HELLOO...F**k man...(He punched the stearing wheel hardly)...Kya karu mein...Mujhe toh yeh bhi nahi pata ki us kameene ne Radha ko kaha rakha hai...mere paas time bhi nahi...KYA KARU MEIN...!!'

Suddenly his phone again rang, and this time it was from Avinash.

Krish: 'Hel..lo..' (His voice choked)

All the individuals were shot dead instantly. The sound of gunshots created panic among the people, but the officers quickly made an announcement to stay calm and assured them that there was no cause for concern. After completing their tasks, the officers sent the bodies for forensic examination.

Krish: 'We did it guys...'

Radhika: 'Congrats guyss...'

All: 'Same to you...!!'

Krish: 'Chalo...let us all meet at bureau and celebrate our victory...'

Radhika: 'Yess...eager to meet all of you...'

All were on their way back to the CBI Bureau, including Krish who was lost in his thoughts while driving and there was serene smile on his face.

Krish: (In mind) 'Kaam toh pura hogya...bas ab aaj hi mein tumhe apni feelings confess karunga Radha....I can't wait anymore....'

Here, Radhika was also planning something similar to Krish.

Radhika: (In mind) 'I am coming Krish...aaj chahein jo ho jaaye...tumhe confess zaroor karungi chahein tumhara jawaab jo marzi ho..I can't wait anymore...'

Krish: 'Hello...'

Avinash: 'Bhai...kaha reh gaya tu...hum sab pahunch bhi gaye hai...aur toh aur Radhika bhi nahi aayi abhi tak...'

Krish: 'Avi..woh Radha...'

Avinash: 'Kya hua Radhika ko...sab theek hai na...?'

He didn't have time,  so, he told Avinash everything.

Avinash: 'What the hell...dean ki itni himmat...?'

Krish: 'Bhai...mujhe seriously samajh nahi aa rha ki mein kya karun...mera dimaag mano...mano band ho gaya hai...mujhe bas meri Radha chahiye...woh bhi sahi salamat...'

Avinash: 'Tu tension mat le Krish...humare paas abhi bhi time hai...mein uski location track karwata hoon...'

Krish: 'Haan...iske baare mein toh mein bhool hi gaya tha...jaldi karwa track...aur mujhe location bhej...'

Within a few minutes, Avinash found the location, and he snet it to Krish.

Krish: 'Mein jaa raha hoon waha...I am just a few minutes away from the location you've sent...'

Avinash: 'Office se dur hai...but koi baat nahi...tu pahunch...hum bhi aa rahe hai...as soon as possible...'

Call cut.

Krish drove at breakneck speed until he reached an old abandoned factory. In a rush, he started searching frantically to find her. After exploring the factory, he ended up on the top floor and was confronted with a heart-wrenching scene.

Radhika was seated in a chair, bound by ropes with a large time bomb attached to her stomach. Her eyes were closed, and the sight pierced Krish;s heart. Unable to contain himself, he sprinted toward her.

However, before he could reach her, about 20 men surrounded him.

Hearing the chaotic sounds, Radhika opened her eyes and saw Krish surrounded by 20 men.

Radhika: 'Krish...run...bhaago yahan se...'

Without waiting to hear from Radhika, Krish immediately started fighting with the men. Within minutes, all of them were lying unconscious on the floor. Krish then began moving towards Radhika, but he suddenly stopped upon hearing something.

Dean: 'Itni bhi kya jaldi hai Mr. CBI...zara humse bhi to miliye...'

Krish turned and glared at Dean from top to bottom, his eyes burning with rage as he was losing his temper. Without any warning, Krish attacked Dean, but Dean proved to be resilient, fighting back against Krish.

At a point, Krish began to lack energy, having already fought with 20 men. Despite this, he didn't give up. Taking advantage of Krish's fatigue, Dean grabbed a rifle and started beating Krish with its back. Soon, Krish fell to the ground, and his head began to bleed.

Radhika became restless, tears flowing like a river from her eyes. She screamed Krish's name, urging him to get up and fight, but he was too weak to rise. Seeing her helpless, Dean started laughing evilly.

Radhika: 'Krish utho...please Krishna utho...tum aise nahi haar sakte...woh bhi is dean se...bilkul nahi...tumhe uthna hoga...please utho...' (She struggled to get up, but she couldn't)

Dean: 'Ab koi fayda nahi hai tere chillane ka...tum dono ne milke mera kaam chopat kiya...isliye pehle marega tera yeh pati aur fir maregi tu...waise bhi tera toh samay pehli hi khatam hone wala hai... (He pointed the rifle towards Krish)...dekhle...na tu tab kuch kar paai thi jab tere maa-baap mare the aur na hi tu ab kuch kar paayegi jab tera pati marega...dekh tere saamne kaise maarta hoon mein ise...'

Radhika: 'Nahiiiiiiii....' 

She closed her eyes, and cried...
