FACTS—— 1. she can manipulate water in anyway she wants. she can create weapons, animals, tsunamis, or anything she wants.
2. she can manipulate already existing water or 'create' her own.
3. if she creates a sword, for example, that sword will have a sharp end. if she were to stab someone, they would get hurt.
4. she can change the temperature of water. she could melt ice or freeze a hot spring.

——DRAWBACKS 1. the water she creates comes from her own body, so creating too much water could cause her to be dehydrated and possibly pass out.
2. if she wants to create an object/animal and doesn't have a clear picture of how it should work and look, she won't be able to create it.
3. using her quirk too much can cause exhaustion.
