—— BEING CLAIMED AS A child of Aphrodite had its perks, there was always someone who knew the latest gossip within camp, someone to help with decorating your bunk and even helping you out with your crush. But there was also the downfall of being a child of Aphrodite, the stereotypes that they fell into. Not caring about training, snobby, stuck up, and hated getting dirty. JULIETTE BROOKS was tired of the assumption that her cabin was always under, the biggest one of all was that they hated fighting. Juliette loved it, she felt powerful when she was fighting, like she was meant to do it. Clarisse, daughter of Ares, was the one who even taught the girl how to fight and had been giving her tips ever since. But despite proving herself to be an asset within camp it was always overlooked because she was pretty, and they thought she cared more about her hair than the pending war.

——SHE HAD ASKED CHIRON about fifteen times in the last year if she could go on a quest. Begged Charisse to take her on hers last summer but Mr. D wouldn't allow it. He told her that her mother would have his head and Juliette should wait for a safer one to go on. She practically threw a fit, tears in her eyes pleading with Mr. D to let her go. But yet every time PERCY JACKSON came to camp he was given a quest. Juieltte had been at camp since she was nine, and she has barely left, aside from the occasional trip to Olympus. Watching Percy show up out of nowhere and be claimed by one of the big three made her blood boil. She would never admit it but Juliette was jealous of Percy Jackson. How his godly parent seemed to acknowledge him, and that he had a mother he could go home to after summer. In the seven years that Juliette had been at camp the only sign of life her mother showed was claiming her.

——JULIETTE WAS DETERMINED to prove herself. Whether it be to the whole camp or to her mother. Her and Annabeth have been training together since she got back from her last quest, whom she was accompanied by no other than Percy Jackson. Both girls kept their talk about the boy to a minimum, Annabeth was aware of Juliette's distaste for the boy and had witnessed the Brooks girl go on long tangents. But this winter Juliette is finally able to go on a quest, and she'll be damned if Percy Jackson messes it up.

also! as you can see I have aged up both Percy and Juliette, therefore the prophecy will slightly change due to make it more realistic!! along with i didn't give percy a face claim, because a) i wanted to age up the characters hence why i didn't want to use walker and with lolas age that would've been gross b) i used to have a face claim for percy but i just didn't love it so i just took it out, in the future if i find one i love i might edit it!
