The sun had returned to grace the streets of Liverpool, casting a warm glow over the city. It was the day after the rain-soaked match that had shifted the dynamics between Seraphina and Dominik. Unbeknownst to them, fate had another twist in store.

Seraphina decided to take her younger sister, Genevieve, out for a day of exploring the city. As they strolled along the lively streets, Seraphina couldn't help but enjoy the change of pace from the intense banter on the football field. Genevieve, ever perceptive, noticed the subtle shift in her sister's demeanor.

"You seem less grumpy today, Sera," Genevieve teased.

Seraphina smirked. "Well, the rain has a way of washing away the grime, I suppose."

As they turned a corner, their pleasant afternoon took an unexpected turn. Dominik Szoboszlai, looking dashing in casual attire, appeared seemingly out of nowhere. He was engrossed in his phone, completely unaware of the approaching duo.

Seraphina, noticing him just in time, couldn't resist a mischievous opportunity. With a quick sidestep, she maneuvered herself into Dominik's path, causing an accidental collision. Their eyes met in a moment of surprise before both stepped back.

"Watch where you're going, Szoboszlai," Seraphina said, her tone laced with a mix of irritation and amusement.

Dominik looked up, a charming smile forming on his face. "Seraphina Everly, always finding a way to keep things interesting."

Genevieve, sensing the tension, couldn't help but smile. "Oh, is this the famous Dominik Szoboszlai? I've heard so much about you."

Dominik, ever the charmer, extended a hand. "The pleasure is mine. And you are?"

"Genevieve, her not-so-grumpy sister," she replied, shaking his hand.

Seraphina rolled her eyes at Genevieve's antics. "We were just on our way, Dominik. Try not to cause any more accidents today."

Dominik chuckled. "No promises, but I'll do my best. Enjoy your day, ladies."

As they walked away, Genevieve couldn't help but tease her sister. "He seems nice. What's with the attitude, Sera?"

Seraphina huffed. "Just because he can charm his way through a conversation doesn't mean I'm buying it. We're still rivals, Genevieve, no matter how charming he may be."

Little did Seraphina know that the unexpected encounter had left both her and Dominik with a lingering curiosity. The playful banter continued, but beneath the surface, a subtle shift had taken place – one that hinted at the possibility of a connection that went beyond rivalry. The game was far from over, and the rules were becoming more complex by the day.
