While Bree was on her walk, Lilly suddenly ran off her leash and into the water.
Lilly grabbed a pearl necklace and brought it to Bree. It was a very beautiful necklace, and Bree wondered wear it came from.
Bree took Lilly and the necklace home. After breakfast, Bree showed her mom the necklace.
Her mom looked the necklace over and Bree saw tears in her mothers eyes. Bree wanted to ask why, but was afraid to.
When lunch time came, Bree's family decided to have a picnic on the beach. Bree went swimming.
She scanned the sea with hope for seeing anything. She saw nothing and sighed.
Bree swam back in shore and ran up to the beach to eat her lunch.
After they had eaten, Bree's mom and dad went back up to the house but Bree stayed at the beach.
She went back into the water and she saw something glistening in the sun on the surface of the water.
