“Using a five four two format was an indication that they were already afraid of us” Aida waved her hand in air as if sweeping flies away. “Did you see their cap?

The dude couldn’t hold his tears” It’s rare to find a girl who is so passionate about football but Aida could rock it for me, her love for the game won her a captain position at the girls football team however much she wasn’t the best at the team.

I leaned against the wall with a crested crane stand as Aida commented on how massive the game was, her comments flew in the air as if I wasn’t around to capture and caption them, a pretense smile never left my lips. My mind was on Bibi, I needed to see her, I mean to tell her how the game went.

My eyes traveled around and there she was. She lean her head on the wall covering her face with her palms before Olga and Mari grabbed her by both hands each on the other, they headed to the classroom. I knew she would do it, I grinned. She tilted her head backwards and gave me a disappointment smirk.

“Hey, I got to bounce to class” I mentioned, clearing my throat before aiming to move away and she caught my hand.

“And when did you start caring about evening classes again” Aida asked with a curious glare.

“I just got something to read about, you know a little personal research” I smiled.

“Alright” she then walked backwards raising her hands in surrender.

I hated explaining myself on things but I had to get her off my ass, I turned to the window and Bibian was watching me, she quickly turned away when our eyes met. I rushed to the steps taking two at a time and entered the class.

Her face was buried in a novel. I think she sensed me, she lowered the book to confirm and pulled it back immediately, I sat down at the desk opposite and she pulled the book on a side.

“I think your in a wrong place” she said trying to fight a smile which eventually glittered on her in a thin line.

“What are you reading?” I cleared my throat and leaned forward staring straight into her eyes before she pulled the book back to her face.

“Am sure you can read, just read at the cover”

“Alright maybe I should start afresh, are you okay?”

“Of course I am, what did you expect? The ball didn’t hit me” She confirmed as I laughed at her comment.

“I am sorry” I said trying to peep her face.

“For what?” she pulled the book away and threw it in the desk, still smiling.

“I don’t know, maybe you mad at me!”

“I am not mad at you, and why would I?”

“Any way how was the game? I asked as both Olga’s came and sat beside her.

“I should be the one asking you that”

“Well, you didn’t so I thought I should take charge” I answered.

“I think it was okay, I heard you scored!” she said avoiding eye contact.

“Yes, we won” I confirmed with a wink, she tried winking back but she blinked instead and we both laughed in unison.

“Travis!” Olga Maria intruded. “Times up, this is girl’s territory please” she tilted her head and looked at Bibian. “And you actually free to occupy the rest of the class” she said pushing my hands off Bibian’s desk.

“Alright, see you later Bibian.” I stood up and aimed to the exit.

“Okay” she waved.
