We were on the outskirts of the town, I was in front handling the map because I'm the only one who can read one, Yue was on my back, taking a nap, and Shea, who insisted on carrying some of the stuff even though I have a storage compartment in one of my rings is lagging behind because she's tired

There is nothing amusing about this situation, my girls are tired, hungry, and I need to sleep before I kill someone, but thankfully, that will soon come to an end because I see on the horizon the dessert maze that the next labyrinth, which I am happy about, but I'm not too happy on going under the burning sun for who knows how long, I shake Yue awake in which she lets out a reluctant groan before she gotten off of my back and letting out a yawn

I take off my jacket and put it in my storage compartment and unbuttoned my shirt, taking it off, revealing the bra that was underneath and also putting that in the storage compartment before taking out a large black tank top and putting it on, I then look over at the two girls that was just staring at me

"What?"

I say as I put on the tank top

"I didn't know that she was that muscular.."

"I did"

They both conversate with each other whiteout taking their eyes off of me as I adjust my clothes and slicking my hair back, I don't want any sand in my good clothes and it's going to be hot as fuck, and I know that I'm going to be burning like a hot dog on a grill if I don't take off some of my stuff

I take out my gun holster and put it on my shoulders, strapping it in place before putting Dawner in its holster, I adjusted my gloves before looking back at the two girls again who still had faces of shock but they both had something else that I couldn't really describe

I just rolled my eyes at the two of them as I started to walk again, with my hands in my pockets, and since I could see the entrance where the labyrinth is supposedly in the dessert, this isn't going to be fun for me, I don't deal with heat well, and I have an obnoxious bunny rabbit who is herself so there is that for me to deal with, and Yue, she's rather tame, tame until she's not, tame until she's horny, let's hope she can hold out, I don't want sand all up on me

As we made it to the entrance to the dessert maze I made sure that the two was with me, I pushed the both of them in front of me, but Yue insisted on me carrying her on my back, I rolled my eyes and agreed, I bent down and put her on my shoulders, holding onto her legs as we made our way through the first run of the maze, so far, so nothing I suppose

We spent an hour and a half in the maze, and absolutely nothing, we've gotten nowhere, but that is expected with a maze, the creator must've built it along with the labyrinth underground to make it not stand out, and more difficult or any average adventurer here to make it through empty handed, or alive from how hot the sun is in this climate, either they would die of heatstroke, lack of water, or exhaustion

As the sun reached it's peak in the sky, we found some cover for us to hide in, and possibly stay until early next morning, I don't want to wander around in this heat, and I'm pretty sure Yue doesn't either, we found a rather large wall that had an overcasting shadow, I set Yue on one of the boulders as I sat on the other, letting out a sigh as I waved my hand for air on my face

I then hear some whimpering from one side of me, I look over to see Shea shivering and whimpering, what the hell is wrong with her, I arched an eyebrow

"What's wrong with you?"

Shea looked over at me and she has tears in her eyes

"I uh... need to go to the women's restroom.."

She whimpered, I had a deadpanned look on my face as I looked over at Yue who also had a blank expression on her face, I then looked back over to the rabbit in question

"Then go"

"But where?!"

She whined, does she know where she is?

"Anywhere and everywhere"

Yue said, and I nodded my head, agreeing with her

"Y-you want me to go pee out here in the open?!"

I rolled my eyes

"Where else are you going to go if you have to go take a wizz that bad?"

I say as I take a handkerchief from my storage and wiped my forehead with it, she let out another whine with a pout on her face before storming off while putting the supplies that she was hauling around next to me, I leaned back before putting the supplies in the storage in my ring, carrying all of that will just slow us down, and I want to get this done and over with, I want to go home, I want to kill my brother

I look up at the sky to see the sun being casts over the clouds that were in the sky I let out a sigh as I closed my eyes and waited, trying to cool myself off, all of a sudden there was a sudden yelp which made me jump up from my seat, I then sprang off and headed where the noise came from

I look in a cave that wasn't there before seeing the rabbit in question, she was on the floor with her butt hanging up in the air

"Bitch, be for real right now"

I let out a sigh as I put a hand on my hip as Yue walked up in on the the rabbit and me looking down at

"What are you two doing?"

I look down at her from the conrer of my eye

"What does it look like we were doing?"

Yue let out a scoff as she crossed her arms and leaned to the side, I both look at her for a couple of minutes before heading inside of the cave, and in there, it is much cooler, and darker in there, I even put my jacket back on

"Okay, let's look around, see if we can get something that relates to anything with the labyrinth"

I leaned agents one of the walls with Yue as Shea did all of the work, I was sorting through my personal storage , until I found a pack of cigarettes and a lighter in there, that is rather weird that it's in there, I don't even smoke

I take them out and put them in my hands, and according to the description that it seems that when someone used one of the cigs or use the lighter fluid it replenishes in 24 hours, that is rather convenient for the smoker

I wouldn't hurt to try one, right?

I open up the pack and put one of the cigarettes up to my lips, putting the pack in my pocket, I then lit the lighter and put it up to the end of the cig lighting it, I let out a puff as I put the lighter in my pocket

I leaned back on the wall behind me with one of my hands in my pocket while the other was up at my lips, grasping the lit cigarettes, letting out a drag for a moment before blowing the smoke out, this is weirdly comforting, I wonder why

"You're smoking now?"

I look down at Yue who was looking up at me, I inhaled another drag for a moment before letting out the smoke in a different direction

"Just trying it out, it seems familiar to me"

I say as I look down at the half burnt cigarettes in my fingers

"Familiar how?"

Yue asked, I just shook my head and shrugged as I put it up to my lips and let out another drag, of the cigarettes and blowing it out after a moment

"I don't know, just, kind of, does.."

There was a moment of silence between us as I took the last drag of the cig and threw it on the ground, stepping on it with my boot to burn out the flame, I then blew out the smoke and wiped my hands off, that was weirdly relaxing, I should do another one later

I then look over at one of the slabs of stone in there and had a deadpanned look on my face, I then turned over my shoulder to look at my lover

"Babe, we're in the labyrinth"
