"Kaolin!" I chased him around the house when he heard he had to get a shot.

(Kaolin is a type of clay so yeah and I couldn't think of anything else)

(He's 4 or 5)

Kaolin looked back at me and stuck his tongue out before colliding with clay making him fall back.

Clay picked him up as Kaolin pouted.

"Okay let's go." Clay said and walked towards the door.

"See you guys later!" I told them nervously

"You're coming too." Clay told me

"Yeah. It's only fair that way." Kaolin smirked

"Fine, whatever, hmph."

Time skip to when you guys get there.

We walk in both of us holding Kaolins hand. I saw they were playing disney movies since this is a kids doctor. So we went over and sat down as clay went to the front desk.

Clay came over to us and sat down. With two clipboards in hand

"Why do you have two?" I asked him.

"One of thems for you." He replied as he took a pen and started to full out Kaolin's paper.

"What? No no no no. I'm not getting a shot. I already had to a bunch when I was pregnant!"

"Well you skipped one whenever you turned 18 apparently. This will be your last one. Unless you want another baby." He smiled

"Wait! Yeah I'm over 18 so I get to make my own choices, thank you very much." I smiled proudly

"Well this one's not even going to hurt that bad, since it's a smaller needle."

"Fine I guess I can. But I can fill out my own thing." I snatched the paper and pen and read it

"Name? Easy." I put my name

"Birthday? I think it's (month) and maybe (day) what's the year..."

"You're 25 so 1998." Clay told me

"Ugh if you're so smart just answer the rest of the questions!" I focused on the TV instead.

"Right..." he filled out both yours and Kaolins and gave them to the front desk.

Time skip to the doctor office

"So who's all getting a shot?" The nurse looked at clay blushing

"He needs his flu shot. And my wife needs a Tetanus shot and go ahead and do a flu shot for her too actually." He must've noticed her stare too as he tried to make saying wife clearer

"What did you just say. I only need one." I told him.

"Yeah but might as well just get it. Would you rather be sick?" He asked

"Yeah."

Kaolin went first and tried to act like it wasn't a big deal but was trying not to cry

"Now it's your turn." The nurse said.

I walked over and felt the first one. I breathed heavily as tears builded up. Then the second one came which was alot worse.

As soon as she was done I sadly walked towards clay and started to sniff as I hugged him. He smiled softly and wrapped on arm behind me the other on the back of my head.

I heard Kaolin laughing at the side as the nurse was sweatdropping

"Kaolin, be nice."

"Yeah! Shut up! I made you and I can get rid of you!" I threatened as I spoke into clays shoulder

"You too."

"We don't need child services called on us." Clay said the the nurse.

"Right well just pay at the front desk." Behind my back the nurse gave him her number on a piece of paper, winking. Then she left

(Kaolin was flabbergasted)

Did she really think I would cheat on her? Clay thought before throwing the paper in the trash 

"Are you ready to go?" He spoke softly to me.

"Yeah." I moved away, snot connecting from my nose to his shoulder along with his sweater soaked with my tears. He said nothing about it and we left the room

"I can't believe you're willing to pay for us to get tortured." I told him as he payed
