Room full of boxes, I make my way to unpack. Our family recently moved out from our old hometown.

While bringing a photo book into the shelf, I noticed a polaroid falling out. It is a picture of my family and an unknown person.

I decided not to question it and placed it back. I got back on settling in and after finishing, I spent the remaining time before dinner watching in the living room.

I heard my mom call my name so I went to the kitchen. "Tell your dad dinner is ready." she commanded.

I walked towards their room to call my dad. When we were in the dining room, we took our time eating and talking.

"Mom why do you always open that empty chair?" I asked the question I had been meaning to say for a long time.

"It is for your sibling my darling."
