English is not my native language, I'm sorry if there is any mistake I couldn't notice

"As skies that reach up to heavens, may the Knights protect the Five Nations"

The girl's lips curled up with sarcasm while reading the words written on the book. Her grey eyes simply traveled over the myth's sentences. Not after so long, she threw the book away in boredom. Her attention turned to the woman who was listening to music with her headphones, eyes closed and looking peaceful.

- Don't tell me this myth is real, or I'll probably lose my mind!

Young girl huffed in annoyance, glancing over the book. Woman looked at the young girl, eyebrows raised as she pouted a moment when she saw the thrown book. She sighed, taking her headphones off. Then she stood up, walking over the young girl.

- What? Didn't you ask for a good story from my hometown Silver Wolf? Why are you complaining now?

Woman took the book from the floor, dusting off it's leather cover. Silver Wolf clicked her tongue, crossed her arms as she directly turned her focus to her short jeans.

- Good story?! Hah, y'know, that book is totally ridiculous! It looks like something a psychopath would write!

Woman chuckled, while tracing her fingertips on the old cover.

- Why do you think that? This myth is actually so popular at my homeplanet.

Silver eyed the woman in silence, before speaking again.

- Nova, that myth is seriously popular in your hometown? Cause it is just... Ridiculous, okay?!

Nova sighed deeply and played with the pages. Her violet eyes were filling with sadness, they always did whenever she talked about something related to her homeplanet.

- Why do you think it's ridiculous? I'd like to hear your thoughts about the myth.

She sat on the couch, crossing her legs. She looked at Silver Wolf, lips shaped with a warm smile. Silver Wolf huffed again before approaching and sitting right next her.

- I just don't understand, how could someone have that much trauma?! I mean that dragon lieutenant in the myth-

- Vidyadhara, Nova corrected.

-Whatever!

Silver Wolf snapped, obviously bored of the conversation. She was always like that. Whenever something didn't catch her attention or got her annoyed, she'd become a total child and wait for something to excite her impatiently. Nova smiled to her childish behavior, a low chuckle escaping her throat.

- So, you think the things that Vidyadhara lieutenant lived are ridiculous?

Nova asked, her voice encouraging Silver Wolf to continue.

- Not simply ridiculous, Silver Wolf said.

-They are ridiculously sad and traumatizing!

She complained, causing Nova to smile wider. "Guess you don't like sad stories huh, Silver?"

- I absolutely don't. They are making my heart squirm under my chest and I even sometimes have nightmares about those things. Games are much better. My mind doesn't have to be bothered by those dark words.

Silver Wolf rolled her eyes, huffing again and again. Nova could understand tho, she was never the mature thoughtful type to think about such things. For her, life was a game. A game where you would either lose or win. She always preferred to be the winner.
