Relationships: Crux's relationships have been less than ideal - Crux has managed to form a bond of trust with his new family, as well as forge some kind of friendship with the people and his new life.
Growth and Change: Crux has grown from a bitter, withdrawn outsider to a courageous, confident hero, willing to step up and protect those weaker than himself.
