Soon after the sermon, Sebastian was on his way home with Claude. As they were walking the trail home Sebastian began to feel uneasy. Soon his senses were proved correct. Some angry people from a rival village cornered Sebastian and Claude." You two are going to die here." One of the older males from the group said angrily. Sebastian was shaking like a leaf as he was afraid of dying. Claude growled angrily and used a dagger to slash the eldest enemy in the face. This caused the man to grab his face in pain." Run Sebastian!!" Claude yelled to him and pushed him out of the way from a rival villagers attack. Sebastian fell to the ground with an oof and quickly sprinted away. He was down the road pretty far until he realized that he left Claude all alone to defend himself. He began to run back to his dear friend. Once he got there he looked at Claude in horror. He was slumped against a tree with cuts and blood all over his body. He wasn't breathing either." CLAUDE!!" Sebastian screamed in horror and fell to his knees. His best friend was dead and it was all his fault.
