I look at my beautiful kids, dancing in the moonlight. My beautiful little girl, Reagan, who is now six years old. Her beautiful auburn hair, like mine, and brown eyes, like her father. Her high pitched laughter fills the air as she jumps high, into the air, catching a bat and pulling it down, to suck it's blood.
I look at my gorgeous son, Micheal, his brown hair, like his father, and striking green eyes, like mine. Four year old Micheal runs to Reagan, begging for her to share her midnight snack. I smile as Reagan hands down her catch, for her little brother to share.
I look up at my apartment, well, my husband's apartment. I see the dark, sexy figure jump out of the top window, and land on the cliff ledge with me. My handsome husband Mikelo, whom I wish to spend the rest of my life with, who I am sharing my life with. He kisses me and stares down into the field, as I just had.
I smile and grab my love's hand, what a happy family we are. The four of us live in Mikelo's apartment. Sometimes my brother, Josh, lives with us. Well, he does live with us while he is in town. But usually he is off exploring the world with his girlfriend, Lindsea. She has long, soft, fiery red hair, and icy blue eyes. When the couple come home, they spend every minute with the kids.
I look out in the distance o see the tide rising. Aunt Tori is coming to visit us tonight. Josh and Lindsea might be coming home too and we are going to see Willy and Layla's grave. I jump of the ledge into the field. " Reagan, Micheal!" I call. They stop playing and stare at me, wide eyed. " Yes mommy?" Reagan says. " We have to go see Great Aunt Tori now." I say as I hold my hand out for Mikelo to take.
The children squeal in excitment and run to me. Together, the four of us, walk to the waters edge. We will be happy together for eternity, and trust me, I will be counting down, forever.
