For the whole PE class Serene didn't talk to Junghwan and sticked to Jihye.Serene lied to their PE teacher that she was not feeling well and sat on the bleachers along with Jihye who asked the PE teacher that she wanted to look after Serene as she was sick.They sat silently next to each other seeing their classmates play.Jake also had PE class on that period which means Heeseung,Sunghoon and Jay would be there too.

"You know I never like that Junghwan guy but you started dating him"Jihye said looking at the girl beside her"I don't like him too but I just can't hurt his feelings you know" Serene sighed

"Hey girls!"Sunghoon waved at the girls smiling coming up to them along uth Jay"Hey idiot!"Jihye grinned at Sunghoon who scoffed and sat beside her"Hey"Serene said to Jay who sat beside her smiled at her"How are you?"Jay asked the girl beside her"Fine.....I guess"She sighed looking up at the sky"Angel you know you can share your problems with me. I'm here to listen all about your problems.Just tell me when you want to"Jay said taking her hand in his hand and smiled at her"I will"She smiled and looked at him.

Serene was absolutely starstrucked with Jay's beauty.His honey skin,his chiselled jawline,his messy hair.Everything about him is so perfect.She wanted to deny her feelings but she knew she had fallen in love with Jay and she can't deny it anymore.When she realized she was staring at him for too long she looked away from him and looked towards his field seeing Jake and Heejin being lovey dovey.She smiled at the sight and her eyes fell on Junghwan who was fooling around with his friends she rolled her eyes and looked at Jay who was staring at her.

"What?Am I that pretty Park Jongseong?"She chuckled"You're not pretty..... You're too beautiful and fragile for this world"He blurted out making her blush"You're too cute when you're flustered"Jay laughed "H-hey I wasn't! Ok?!"She protested looking away making Jay chuckle"So how's it going with Junghwan?"Jay asked her catching her off guard"Can we not talk about him now?"She said annoyingly"Fine"He said"Students come back to the field your break is over"The teacher announced making Jay whine"Ah I guess I have to go now"He said standing up and Serene nodded"Bye Angel"He smiled ruffling her hair and walked away with Sunghoon while leaving her in a blushing mess.

"You know what you should've dated Jay instead.I would be happy then"Jihye said wrapping her arm around her friend's shoulder"S-stop talking rubbish idiot.He doesn't even like me!"She whined"You're really dumb Sora!"Jihye laughed and Serene looked at her confusingly"Dummy it's obvious he likes you"She said looking towards Jay"You think so?"Serene asked as her eyes traveled towards Jay's direction making eye contact with him.Jay flashed a smile towards her making her heart go boom boom! and feeling her tummy with butterflies"See.He doesn't talks to girls unless it's necessary but he always tries to stick with you.And the way he looks at you is full of adoration.Can't you see?"Jihye said

"I don't know"She mumbled feeling confused.She doesn't know if Jihye's words are true but if it's true should she give Jay a chance?Will he hurt like Junghwan?She's afraid."He won't reject you like that Sunghoon and won't hurt you like Junghwan"Jihye reassured her friend and smiled

"Why were you with Jay Sunbae earlier?" Junghwan asked her grabbing her wrist harshly but Serene yanked his hands away"That's not the reason I came here to talk about So Junghwan"She said bluntly"Wow you're talking back huh"He scoffed"Junghwan.Let's stop dating"She said and was about to walk away but Junghwan grabbed her wrist making her stop in her track"Get your filthy hands away from me you jerk!"She slapped his arm"Princess where did we go wrong?Please don't do this to me .I love you"He said in a gentle voice looking down"Oh please stop all your drama! It's sickening.You abused me and now you're saying where did we go wrong? It's because of you!"She scoffed

"I'm really sorry Princess.I promise I won't do it again.Please don't leave me I love you Princess"Junghwan said as his eyes started to get teary"Aha really?But I thought I was just a mere bet you're doing for some filthy money"She smirked"No no!Let me explain!I really fell in love with you! Eventhough it-"Serene couldn't take it anymore and slapped his cheek"Stop it I don't want to listen"She rolled her eyes and walked away towards the school where everybody was waiting for her

"Hey!So how did it go?"Jihye asked the girl"Great I guess.Feels so light now"She said before taking a deep breathe and smiled at Jihye"Where's Anna?"Serene asked looking for her"She already went home with Sunoo Sunbae"Jihye said"Hyeri?"Serene asked while Jihye pointed towards Hyeri who was with the other guys and Heejin"What's wrong with her?She's distancing herself from us"Serene sighed"Ah don't mind her she's always like that.You don't know her yet"Jihye said looking at Hyeri in disgust"Oh by the way?You said Junghwan was using you as a bet right?How did you know?"Jihye asked her"I overheard them I went to the washroom before PE class"

Flashback:

"Junghwan's really good at acting isn't he?"

"Yeah he really seems to be in love with that Serene girl.But poor girl doesn't even know Junghwan's using her as a bet"

"Hey I think he truly loves that girl"

"Gah you think so? That's Junghwan.He's not that type of boy to fall in love with someone"

Serene didn't want to listen anymore so she ran to the washroom

"Jerk"Jihye gritted her teeth"He's worse than that"Serene laughed"Yeah.He doesn't deserve someone like you"Jihye smiled"Hey you two!Why are you guys standing there.Come here"Jungwon said to the two girls who were busy talking about their lives"Let's go"Jihye said earning a nod from Serene.
