Impossible Dreams

POV Marinette:

I was fooled by everyone in this party, by my family, Luka's family and my fiance. They didn't even tell me any word about this wedding, I thought that I have at least a year to figure it out of how to get rid of Luka but two days won't help me

Looking at Adrien leaving with tears broke my heart even if I'm all broken right now to see the love of my love leaving and I was relieved when I saw Nino and Alya running out to find Adrien

While leaving this cursed party to check on Adrien, my father grabbed my hand

Tom: where are you going?

We were away of everyone, far of the party. I just fell on the floor, I can't stand up anymore, I was crying hard, I feel that my life was taken from me

Tom: stop your fucking cinema

Marinette: c-cinema? You know r-really well that I don't love L-Luka, he is a fucking loser and g-good at nothing

Tom: the couffaine and Dupain family has arranged already the wedding

Marinette: it was planned f-for another y-year

Tom: your fiance loves you so much and he asked to make the wedding in two days, he said that he can't wait to be with you

Marinette: and like a d-dumb you believed him ....

I didn't finish what I was saying till I got for the first time from my dad a slap, and it really hurt. I placed my palm on my red cheek to cover it while crying waterfalls

Marinette: L-Luka that asshole is more important than me?

Tom: don't forget that by this wedding, Luka will be my business partner.

Marinette: w-what?

Tom: he asked to be my business partner but I put a condition only after six months, then I'll do this deal

Marinetti: so, f-for you, I'm a deal? You bury my d-dreams just for deals?

Tom: this is for your own good, Luka is perfect for you

Marinette: b-but ...

Tom: Marinette let's go; you are coming with us home to talk about your wedding

When my dad grabbed my hand, I pulled it out and stepped back, all what I think about right now, is Adrien and no one else, not even myself

Marinette: I'm not coming with you today, not any day. You arranged the wedding without me, so I have no need to show my face. I will never ever forgive you for breaking my dreams. Never in my life

I said and I run away of this party. I called Alya and Nino to know where Adrien but they said that they don't know where is he. Knowing Adrien, I think I know where is he

POV Adrien:

I run away of that party, my tears streaming on my cheeks with no stop. Not only because the love of my life will be married in two days, but I'm one of the invited people

How hard to see someone else in your place. in that invitation, it should be my name, she should carry my babies one day, but all those are just some impossible dreams

I had no car as we used Marinette's car to come here and mine is in my house, so I got a taxi and asked him to drive away

I asked him to stop at a random point, but it was the train station. Without hesitation, I went into this train...... the same train where I met Marinette for the first time

Everyone there were staring at me, I had my face into my palms, I was crying till my vision become blurry

I left then the train, walking to my favorite place, near the bridge where I always paint

I had a seat near the river, on a stone, crying and looking at the river.... The way that my tears were mixed with the water.

It was the full moon, this place is really beautiful, my secret place with Marinette and no one is here. I looked behind and remembered when I found Marinette crying and then I invited her to be with me

I stand up and stepped back, just to look at were Marinette and I shared our first conversation, when I spread the sheets and we ate sandwiches.

I knelt and grabbed on the grass tightly, my tears falling and wetting the soil. I have a lot of pain in my heart because Marinette is the first girl that I ever loved in my life

Adrien: AHHHHHHHHHH

I screamed my lungs out to get some of this pain that kills me inside. The pain of losing who I love, even if she isn't responsible for that, but I can't live without Marinette .... I love her so much

Marinette: A-Adrien

I looked behind me, I found my reason to live and the reason of my actual pain, I found her ... Marinette.

I just stand up and looked back to the river, wiping my tears with the back of my hands

Marinette: A-Adrien please ... I don't know ... I didn't know I swear and .... And you know how much I love you

Adrien: sometimes, everyone has to know who they are and not look up

Marinette: w-what do you mean?

I took a deep breath and turned around to face Marinette. her eyes were puffy and red like mine

Adrien: I'm a simple painter and you are a rich woman. Our worlds are so far apart.

Marinette: a simple painter but for me, you are my world, trust me please

Adrien: I told you Mari.... I told you that losing you can end me Marinette

Marinette: do you love me the way I love you?

Adrien: you know my love for you. you are my first for everything, even my first love. You got everything from me, and even my life

Marinette: same for me, Adrien you know that you are my first in everything except for my first kiss, that bastard got it but I gave you every part of me, even my heart

Adrien: me and you are impossible right?

Marinette: do you think that there is something impossible?

Adrien: yes, our relationship. You are now out of my reach

Marinette: no matter what happen, I'll always love you Adrien

Adrien: it's painful as a first experience in love for me

Marinette: ill be devastated if you love someone else except me

Adrien: do you think that ill be able to do that?

Marinette: no, I know that you love me the way I do. Adrien, nothing can separate us, even this wedding and I promise you that I'll find something

Adrien: y-yeah

I looked around to the river, I don't want her to see my tears. I heard footsteps, I thought that Marinette will leave me but she got closer and stand beside me. I wasn't the only one crying, but Marinette's tears turned her eyes red

Marinette: it was here when we first held hands ...... when I first found you. I remember every detail of our relationship

Adrien: me too.

I couldn't hold myself when I saw her tears. I know really well that we are both in the same shit, in the same pain but I'm helpless

I just walked toward her and kissed her lips, our arms wrapped around the other tightly like we don't want anyone to separate us and our tears were a part of this kiss full of sadness and love ....
