ouat Heart of a Pirate

Ch. 20

                                                   Mira POV 

I run my fingers through my hair, 

"So let me get this straight, You merged my heart with yours without even asking me?" I say glaring at him, 

"What would you have me do love? Leave you die? Make you take the island's water and be stuck on this island?" He says 

I glare at him 

"You're heart was damaged beyond repair." He says 

"Why didn't you tell me?!" I yelled 

"That's what I'm doing!" He yelled back, 

"Yeah after the fact!" I yell back I smack his chest pushing him back, 

He catches my wrists pinning me to a tree, 

"Don't test me love, You are on my island and I saved you're life," He says 

I glare at him 

His lips crash into mine, and suddenly a spark ignited, something different from before, It felt good, and different, He let go of my wrists, my arms wrap around his neck, It's almost like I don't have control over my own movements, 

His lips move to my neck, I let out a groan, My hands move to his hair, 

He pulled away smirking, If only I could smack that smirk off his face, 

"Pan!" One of the boys runs up to us, 

I could see the annoyance on his face, 

"What is it?" He asked 

"One of the boys fell in the water, where the Mermaid are!" Hunter says 

"Who?" I asked 

"Ace," He says we both look at each other and run to the cliffs edge, 

"We can't just jump in there,' Felix says 

"We'll get drowned for sure," Hunter says 

I just roll my eyes, Boy's 

I take my cloak off getting a running start, and Jump off the cliff diving into the water, I hear the boys yelling my name including Peter, I swim deeper into the darkness seeing the Mermaids trying to drown the boy, I pull out my dagger, Cutting one in the tail, Papa always says when it comes to mermaid aim for the tail, 

I grab Ace, Swimming up to the surface, taking a deep breath, Only to be pulled back under the water, the Mermaid pulling me, I kick and stab the mermaids until they swim away, knowing I will kill them no matter how man of them there are, I grab Ace, Swimming to the shore, Laying on my back in the sand, 

My breathing ragged as I look up at the sky, 

"Thanks..." Ace says 

"Don't mention it." I say as I gasp

I hear rushing footsteps, I look up seeing Peter hovering over me, 

"That was reckless." He says 

I smirk, 

"Well someone had to do something.' I say I sit up 

Suddenly I am scooped up in his arms, 

"H-Hey put me down!" I say 

"Not happening love," He says caring me back to camp, 

Peter sets me down on one of the logs, He looks me over, 

"Peter I'm fine, I can handle a few mermaid, I am a pirate," I say in my accent 

He chuckles kissing me again, 

"You're a lost girl," He says smirking
