After a viral TikTok of Lando Norris' Smash or Pass game on a radio show, the Mclaren driver catches the eye of one of the biggest pop star in the world: Lottie Hill
"Hey" he speaks softly and i finally look back at my screen "only some of them are slly" we laugh as he takes the edge off.
He looks at me earnestly "I've always been a little bit introverted-" he explains and i'm about to protest "I know i go out all the time" he rolls his eyes and i smile "but like deep down i am. And i can be serious. And i can be fiesty, especially when im racing" he adds cheekily with a wink "normally i always have a wall up with people and it takes a lot for me to come out my shell, but with you..."
"With me what?" i ask, desperate to know the answer.
He grins "its like im just completely open"
The tension is palpable.
"... took you everything not to say a dirty joke then didnt it?" he breaks the ice with that smoky voice and good looking smile.
"Oh, everything! i say flustered, my heart still pounding from his words, "i feel completely open with you too you know" I fiddle with the tie on my dressing gown and say softly "this is new territory for me"
"In what way?" he counters me with a furrowed brow
"We've never even met properly and i..." my breath catches as i become uncharacteristically shy "i just feel a lot of things"
"Me too" he whispers, eyes sparkling "but only 2 days right?"
I beam back at him "only 2 days"

I laugh to myself as i pocket my phone whilst my team and i go through security. My stomach is full of butterflies for my date with Lando tomorrow. We're keeping it low-key; im just going to his in the morning, but im planning on a picnic later on for him.
Once we're through heathrow airport, Bill my driver pulls the car into a secret exit and i hurriedly get in- excited to be back on English soil. Excited to be home.
Lando x: Have you arrived alright?
Me: yesssss my drivers just picked me up!
Lando x: absolutely spoilt you are 🙄
Me: If i was spoilt i'd have you with me every day😇

Me: yes on my way there now... i am sooooo tired tho i cant wait to conk out😴
