the three of you talked and laughed all night, recalling different memories you've had together.

when it was almost twelve, the three of you decided it was time to say goodnight.

nari went to her room, joowon went to the downstairs guest room, and you went to the upstairs guest room.

before you officially turned the lights out, you went on pinterest to get a few outfit ideas for tomorrow, but whispers flooded your page.

you immediately decided that pinterest was not safe right now and turned your phone off.

you drifted off to sleep after a few minutes, awaiting christmas day.

nari was jumping on top of you.

"good lord, nari! you're acting like a child."

you said, adjusting to the light.

nari had opened your curtains and joowon was leaning in the doorframe.

"let me get dressed at least."

you wiped your eyes and lazily got out of bed.

you dressed in something warm and festive and went downstairs to the living room.

nari was blasting christmas music from the tv and was already seated in front of the tree.

joowon, on the other hand, was simply seated on the couch, scrolling on his phone.

she got you matching pajamas and a jewelry box.
