Demetri's POV
Party's over.
We're all in my room watching a horror movie.
My idea. I'm actually a BIG fan of horror movies.
Apollo on the other hand? Grips me super tight everytime something pops up on the screen.
Monty and Kiara stared downstairs to basically clean up. We didn't really leave a mess but still.
"Bae? When are you gonna talk to her?" Apollo whispered.
"soon." I simply replied. Trying not to take my eyes from off of the screen.
"Dont you think now would be a good time? No distractions?" He implied.
Ugh. I hate it when he's right.
"Fine" I said as I rolled my eyes.
I stood up and walked over to my door and left.
I made my way downstairs to see Kiara washing the dishes.
She stopped once she saw me.
"Oh. Hey little bro." She said as she smiled at me and continued to wash.
"Coming help big sis clean?" She asked.
"Sure, why not." I said as I grabbed a drying towel and dried the dishes she'd already dried.
There was a really long pause between us.
No exchanging words or anything.
"Look. I'm really sorry about how things went earlier." I said.
"No. You shouldn't be apologizing. I should be the one that's apologizing." She said.
"You went through something horrible. And I was the only one that you counted on at the time to be there for you. And I wasn't." She said.
"And as your...sister, that was really fucked up of me to do. I love you so much. Okay?"
"I love you too." I said.
"So, are you a virgin?" She said as she playfully elbowed me in the arm.
"KIARA!" I yelled.
She always was a nosey person.
"What? It's not like I didn't tell you when I lost mines." She chuckled.
"Well, if you must know. No I am not a virgin." I said.
"Yea I know." She said as she handed me a glass plate.
"What? How did you know!?" I asked her.
"Oh, I left my keys on your bed and when I came back to get them? Let's just say I heard them shaking." She said as she laughed at me, cause my cheeks to turn red from embarrassment.
"So ugh...how did THAT end?" She asked.
I knew what she was referring too.
"Well, we had to go to court for the case. They all ended up going to jail. And one of them is...dead. Basically committed suicide." I explained.
"Well, I don't feel bad for THAT guy. He had it coming." She said.
"right..." I said as the flashbacks of Tyrik came back.
I can still see exactly how his body looked when it hit the ground.
Shortly after, Sierra, London, Kash, And Michael came down the stairs.
I'm guessing the movie ended.
"Hey, we're heading out." Sierra said.
I walked over to them and told them all bye.
