"wow, muy caro" he laughed. [ very expensive ]

"wait, do you want me to book them for you prior and you could pay at the entrance, which is easier."
"muchas gracias pedri, you're the best." the pair exchanged their goodbyes before ending the call, leaving a confused pablo who stood awkwardly behind pedri after he eavesdropped into their conversation the entire time pedri had her on speaker. [ thank you so much ]
"is she coming to the final?" pablo's face lit up, his toothy smile brushed off all the concern for the amount of yellow cards he would stack up for the new season.
"ai, tranquilo, hermano" he laughed, finding it hilarious how his pumped teammate got for jocelyn. [ calm, brother ]
as for jocelyn, she immediately facetimed jude only to have him listen to her one hour rant about pablo and how she had a flight to barcelona the next morning. now, of course the players knew about how she was caught with pablo the other night. however, they didn't want to mention it to respect not only her privacy, but her personal life as well. meaning, jude had known the entire time. jocelyn knew at least someone on the squad knows about it, the tension could be cut by a knife the morning after in the breakfast table.
"wait — slow down" jude groaned, although he was a new player to real madrid, he was the closest person to jocelyn than anyone on the team, behind vini, of course.
"yeah?"
"you're going to barcelona tommorow?"
jocelyn gulped, she was nervous. she didn't know how she was going to face pablo after the situation they put themselves in. it would've been much easier if she didn't work for his rival club, and being friends with his rival. so much more easier.
"yes, jude, i am."
he huffed, "just ... talk to him, it's gonna be fine."
she rolled her eyes, "how, jude. just — how? what are we even going to talk about."
"if the game goes well, congratulate him. at least say something, jocelyn." he continues.
she pants, "but what if ancelotti — "
jude breaks her sentence before she can continue, "he knows, he doesn't seem to care."
"what."
"as long as you're still working for madrid, everythings alright" he jokes.
"oh shut up."
