"Yeah, anyone would have the same reaction seeing her like that", Mingyu said trying to comfort me.

"What do you mean you guys would have the same reaction?", I asked them hitting Mingyu with my bag, he flinched and tried to protect himself. "Aish, that hurts noona", he said in the most ironic voice tone.

"It's not just us saying that, literally everyone on the internet believes you had a fair reaction", Woozi said giggling.

As I was heading home I took my phone out to comment on Bada's post, even though I was embarassed It made my delusional self really happy when she posted anything with me on her account, I liked because people kept shipping us together and I loved to read the comments saying we looked like a couple.

"You're driving me insane, but it's okay as long as it's you🫡", I typed shamelessly, knowing well that a lot of people would point out the flirtatious intent of the comment. Not too long after I got a notification that she replied my comment. "ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I love you💙".

My heart got warm and I giggled reading her cute reply, the thing is I would never know if she was flirting or if she was just being the cute friend that she is, being in love sucks. I liked the comment and threw my phone on my bag as I walked through the cold streets, It was evening, the traffic looked terrible, the image of impatient drivers honking to the cars in front of them contrasted with the cozy restaurants by the sidewalk exhaling an amazing smell of homemade food, the streets looked beautiful with the small flakes of snow falling for the first time in the year, a couple wearing long coats passed by me holdind on each other's arms and laughing happily, quite cinematographic, I wish she was here.

I felt arms around my chest and a face leaning on my shoulder, at first I felt scared but then her sweet voice resonated in my ears making my heart beat faster, my body shiver and the biggest smile form on my lips.

"Ya! How you didn't listened me calling you from the other side of the street?", she asked annoyed but still with the sweetest tone as always.

"I'm sorry, I was just thinking..", I said placing my hands on top of her hands that were still gripping tighly the fabric of my puffed jacket.

"Oh darling, your hands are so cold", I said turning to her and rubbing her hands together.

She was using the collar of her jacket to cover her face from the cold, but I could see her smiling with her eyes in the swetest way possible. "I'm really cold, let's eat Yukgaejang?", she asked looking at me with the cutest puppy eyes. I cupped her cheeks trying to handle her cuteness, I love how she let her guard down with me, she wasn't exactly fierce or serious with her other friends, she's always cute but confident, and extremely professional when it comes to work, but she wasn't this playfull or hugged and talked to them like she does with me.
"U-hum", I nodded positively smiling behind my mask. She gladly took my hand guiding me through the streets until we found a restaurant with private tables so we wouldn't have problems with people recognizing us.

Luna and Bada patiently waited for the soup to cool down as it was literally boiling. Bada was talking about the photoshoot she did for Calvin Klein, the girls laughed together as they remembered Luna's reaction earlier.

"Don't you think you're too far from me?", Bada asked cutely pulling Luna's chair next to her, she only stopped when their thighs were literally touching, Luna giggled at her action but agreed it was better being close like that. They naturally turned their bodies to each other as they kept talking, looking at Bada up close like that made Luna zoom out. "How could every part of her face be so perfect? It's like she's the most perfect sculpture", Luna thought to herself taking her time admiring Bada's features, and when she smiled it only got worse for her, Bada's cute gummy smile made her melt in the chair wanting to kick her feet of happiness, she couldn't think properly when Bada was being all pretty like that.

"Do you feel bothered with people shipping us?", Bada asked in a soft voice, almost whispering as she leaned her head on the table looking at Luna with worried eyes, she was scared that Luna could get hurt with all the rumours their public interactions caused the last months. Luna caressed her face gently looking at her with loving eyes. "Of course not, why would you think that?... Do you feel bothered?", Luna asked now worried that Bada didn't took well her comment on the video. "No, I don't feel bothered. I was worried about you, because of the rumors yo...", Bada said putting her hand above Luna's hand and caressing it with her fingers. Luna cut her in the middle of her phrase. "I don't care about what people say, you'll always be my Bada, it's none of their business anyway", the girl already had a pout and acted defensive. Bada smiled wildly seeing how easily that topic stressed Luna. Bada got closer to Luna caressing the smaller girl's cheeks, she gently pressed a kiss on Luna's forehead, her arms wrapped the girl's body caressing her hair as they snuggled.
Even though it didn't even make sense to feel grateful for being respected or loved, that's exactly how Bada felt towards Luna's way of dealing with everything, even with all of the constant articles rumouring about her sexuality, netizens making some nasty comments about her and even staffs whispering behind her back she never changed and always greteed Bada with the biggest smile and hug, she never stopped complimenting Bada in front of other people or stopped commenting on her posts, their friendship was more important than anything and Bada couldn't be happier to love someone like Luna.
