"I guess i'll have to train charcadet a bit....but not right now,I have other stuff to do" I thought storming off to the nearest route.Before I could take 3 steps Jaxon ran up to me like he had forgotten something "Wha-?"
"Shush" "We haven't battled in a while so.." Jaxon replied "Couldnt you have asked me to battle 2 minutes ago,when you were here" I replied "I'll take that as a yes" Jaxon replied
"Alright!,go Luxio!"Jaxon shouted throwing out his pokeball
"Go solosis"
"Luxio use bite!" Jaxon shouted "Solosis reflect" I said.Luxio bit down on the barrier caused by solosis' reflect but didnt break it. "Lux.." Luxio grunted,"The classic reflect stratedgy, I expected something more tactical"Jaxon chuckled,he was obviously joking but it didnt matter to me.
"Solosis,psybeam!" I shouted "solo!" "Luxio dodge it!" Jaxon ordered. Solosis attempted to hit Luxio but it kept dodging until solosis got exhausted.
"So-lo.." "Alright now Luxio use Spark! " Jaxon commanded.Luxio started charging toward solosis gaining more electricity the closer it got. "Just wait a little more" I whispered to myself
Solosis was looking at me,awaiting orders
I stayed silent until Luxio was just about to hit solosis,"NOW!PSYBEAM!"I shouted.With Luxio so close,it was impossible for it to dodge,you could see regret and surprise on both Luxio and Jaxon's faces."Solo!" Solosis shouted attacking with psybeam causing Luxio to fall to the ground and faint. "Never thought a single psybeam would take out your pokemon" I said jokingly but still kind of surprised.
"Man,i thought I had trained it right,or are your pokemon just strong" Jaxon replied "Anyways,Luxio return" "hmm,Solosis return" I said as I sent solosis back in it's pokeball
"Go tailow!" I said throwing out tailow's pokeball "Tai!" "well,go Pawniard" Jaxon said "Pawn.."
"Crap" I whispered "Tailow use double team!" I commanded"Ta-!" "Pawniard usd metal claw untill you hit it!" Jaxon commanded "Paw!" Pawniard lept up and hit one of the clones,allowing an opening to attack."Use peck!" "Tail!" Tailow pecked at pawniard knocking to the ground "Paw!" pawniard groaned "Now use double team again!" "Tail!" "Pawniard use fury cutter" Jaxon commanded "Pawn"! Pawniard charged at tailow leaping up and succesfully hitting it "Tail.." Tailow groaned
"Alright,Tailow use peck repeadetly!" I commanded "Tail"! Tailow started pecking at pawniard relentlessly,and it went on for a while untill.."Aight,this is taking too long,pawniard block it's pecks" Jaxon said Pawniard blocked one of tailow's pecks."Now metal claw!" "Pawn!"
Pawniard charged up the metal claw while tailow still trying to peck at pawniard could do nothing,and then.."PAWN!" pawniard slashed at tailow sending it a good distance back and to the floor
"T-tail" tailow groaned."Tailow you good?" I asked "It just got struck to the floor,Aiden,'course it's not good" Jaxon replied
"I wasnt asking yo-"Before I could finish tailow began to glow. "Wha- " Jaxon replied
"Cool." I muttered. "Swellow!"
"Alright change of plans.Swellow use wing-no, AERIAL ACE!" "Swell" Swellow got back up into the air and charged toward Pawniard and hit it.Pawniard fell to it's knees not long before it fell to the ground and fainted "Pawn.." "Pawniard return" Jaxon said returning the pokemon into it's pokeball.
"Alright,Frogadier,come on out!" Jaxon commanded throwing Frogadier's pokeball in the air
"Fro-" "ok,Swellow use ae-"Before I could finish I heard the words.."Frogadier,ice beam"
"Froga!" Frogadier said readying it's ice beam,Swellow try to dodge it"You could tell there was worry in my voice,but Swellow didn't have a chance before it was hit by ice beam.
"Swel-" Swellow groaned after being shot down from the air onto the ground by an ice beam
"You did good,return" I whispered bringing the injured Pokémon back into it's pokeball,
"Since your using your starter,I'll bring out mine!Go Grovyle!"I shouted throwing grovyle's pokeball,"Grovyle!"
"Frogadier use Ice beam!" Jaxon commanded "Grovyle dodge!" I commanded
Frogadier attempted to hit Grovyle but it had started to run around Frogadier,Frogadier still following it trying to hit it got dizzy in the process."Fro-" Frogadier groaned. "Now use leaf blade!" I commanded as Grovyle ran up towards the dizzy Frogadier and sliced it. "Fro! Frogadier groaned.
"Shake it off and use quick attack!" Jaxon commanded "Fro!" Froagdier charged towards Grovyle then "Grovyle dodge!". "Just as I planned" Jaxon mumbled.Grovyle had jumped into the air to dodge it's quick attack and Frogadier stopped in it's tracks. "Use Ice beam!". It took me by surprise,he had planned this,grovyle has no control in the air so I could do little to nothing
Grovyle fell to the ground frozen in an ice cuboid,but the battle wasnt finished
A long awaited battle between Jaxon and Aiden,with Aiden having 2 pokemon left while Jaxon is left with one.Who'll win? You'll find out when the journey continues
