and if you choose choice A, E, G the female lead will be replaced with y/n so take that into consideration before choosing but the rest won't have any changes

the protagonist momozono manani Will be replaced with y/n so that means y/n will take her place as becoming mikage's successor
CHOICE E : noragami
Iki hiyori will be replaced with y/n so that means y/n will be living hiyori's life and hiyori's parents will be y/n's and when she get Isekai'd to noragami she will already have an identity but she won't get any memories of it and she will turn into a half phantom
CHOICE G : the ancient magus bride
hatori chise will be replaced with y/n and when y/n gets Isekai'd there she will become a sleigh beggy and she will wake up at the beginning of the anime when chise is trying to kill herself by jumping of a building
