Chapter 20: Kind Yet Deadly - Jugo (Part2)

"I know where Jugo's cell is, so let's start there."

"Wait, how do you know where it is?"

"Since I was, as you so nicely put it, Orochimaru's servant. He had me come here alot to take care of Jugo and stuff like that."

"So you've known this whole time about where Jugo is and what he looks like?"

"Pretty much."

"But why didn't you say anything?"

"One: No one ever asked me. Two: It was a test to see if you guys could handle it."

"Ah I gotcha. So with Karin, it as to see if she could sense Jugo. And for me, how to get us back to them, right?"

"Correct. Look, there's where Jugo's cell is, or was."

I point ahead of us to where there was a dust cloud and rocks everywhere. Suigetsu runs ahead to Karin who was just standing there.

"Jeez! What was that all for, Karin!? You tricked us back there!"

Suigetsu asks.

"Give me a break, Suigetsu. You got lost all on your own."

"We got lost because we followed your directions!"

"What's with the we, Suigetsu? I knew exactly where I was and how to get here, remember?"

I say as I lean one part of the wall that wasn't destroyed.

"Yeah, yeah. Sorry, Lily."

Suigetsu says and I just nod.

"Are you really accusing me of tricking you!? What would I get out of that!?"

Karin screeches. Suigetsu and I both smirk.

"You would get to be alone with Sasuke."

"A-as if I'd want such a thing! Umm... I mean..."

"Yeah whatever. Anyways, what happened here, Karin?"

I ask as I push myself off the wall and walk over to them.

"Jugo just went wild.."

"So you guys did go to Jugo after all."

Suigetsu says.

"Where's Sasuke? We need to calm down Jugo before things get bad."

I ask while looking at the mess that they made.

"He and Jugo went down that way right before you got here."

Karin says as she points down the hall.

"I'd better go get them before they make a bigger mess. You guys catch up when you can."

They both nod and I turn and run down the hall to look for the two idiots.

When I manage to find them, I see Sasuke getting chased by Jugo. I lean on the wall and smirk at the running Uchiha.

"Need some help, Sasuke?"

I ask as Sasuke runs up the stairs that are on my left and I start jogging next to him on his right.

"Stay out of this, Lily. I can do this myself."

"Sure you can. But if you do need help, just ask. Okay?"

Sasuke nods and I start running slower so that I'm behind Jugo.
Jugo tries to attack Sasuke, but Suigetsu stops him.

"You're using a different technique than before, Jugo. A good one at that."

Suigetsu says as he holds up his sword.
