"We'll just have to wait and see," Jun Wu simply told everyone.
Wu Du frowned but accepted that it was useless to make guesses when everything will be revealed soon.
Shi Qingxuan couldn't help but steal a glance at Hua Cheng. Although he stopped himself immediately, Hua Cheng didn't miss that glimpse and smiled, "What's with that look? In my opinion, don't you think Lord Earth Master is the most suspicious one?"
"Ah, I'm sorry," Qing Xuan told Hua Cheng who simply waved it off with a smile.
"It's fine, I understand how troubling your situation is," he said, quickly turning to Xie Lian who smiled at him as thanks for not getting mad to his new friend.
Qing Xuan smiled at the two of them before turning to He Xuan with shining eyes filled with trust, "Ignore the crimson rain's words, I know you would never do anything to harm me."
He Xuan simply looked away.
Ming Yi's eyes also swept over. Hua Cheng added, "Instead of focusing on guessing who meddled after, what if the array he drew was wrong from the beginning?"
"Impossible," Feng Xin said. "We all saw the array and it was drawn perfectly."
"Better than you could ever draw," Mu Qing smirked as Feng Xin glared.
Ming Yi didn't rebuke, acknowledging nothing. Shi Qingxuan however, couldn't listen anymore, "Lord Hua, you stop right there, alright. I know the two of you have had a quarrel before in the past, but, Ming-xiong really isn't someone like that. I dragged him out here last minute, so he has no reason to meddle."
"My future self didn't know how close you two are," Hua Cheng smiled meaningfully. "So he made a mistake of thinking someone like him could do such a thing."
Qing Xuan smiled brightly at him, glad someone recognizes her good friend, as He Xuan tried his best to ignore the two.
"You don't necessarily need a reason to do something." Hua Cheng said, "Lord Wind Master, you yourself are suspicious too."
"Huh?" Shi Qingxuan had never thought the tables would turn on him, and pointed at himself, "Who? ME?!"
Qing Xuan blinked, "Me?"
"Ignore it, none of you know each other there," Wu Du said. "And besides blaming each other, just focus on your current location and how you're going to leave."
"Yea. A thief crying thief is a common thing." Hua Cheng said, "Just why have you come? If you and your esteemed brother are truly scared of the Reverend of Empty Words, why were those bunches of rags put together? It's not a stretch to say that the two of you schemed and falsely led us here intentionally."
