(this one is straight outta Saw lol) The contestants are strapped to a machine that can crush their torso. There is a vertical bar in grey and a rectangle in this bar that is blue. To survive you have to click to make a a green bar pop up then maintain the top of this bar in the blue rectangle (I hope that makes sense). If the green bar is out for too long you die. It works best as a finale.
